It's not exactly a 'fight'.

 

After you complete the final fight, different members of your crew will ask you to meet them in the casino. When you meet Samantha Traynor, she'll be involved in a Kepesh-Yakshi (space chess) game with an asari. The asari is Polgara T'Suzsa, which is the answer for this question.
