So I'm having some issues here.
My first playthrough my Ally achievements, Spectre Achievement and Rich Achievements never unlocked for me.
On my second playthrough with a new character only the Rich Achievement failed to unlock.. I have max credits on both characters, so what gives? (this time I got 2 Allies and the Spectre Achievements)

ok, I see this was posted over a year ago and no response. I have played this game multiple times over and over myself. First off, had no problems unlocking every single achievement, however had my gamertag recovered on a roommates xbox right before we lost internet for about 4 months. so I was playing mass effect on MY xbox...we got internet back and I proceeded to recover my GT. NO ACHIEVEMENTS FOR MASS EFFECT OR FALLOUT NEW VEGAS AND 2 OTHER GAMES I HAD PLAYED. I was pissed, as expected.
Now I have played through Mass Effect 1 AGAIN, 3 times to unlock all the achievements again...but for some reason, I am not unlocking some. the Rich achievement....I have 9999999 credits on 2 characters, it wont unlock. Pistol Expert (150 Pistol kills), Geth hunter (250 synthetic kills), dog of war (150 organic kills), sentinel ally(complete majority with kaiden), soldier ally (complete majority with ashley), paragon (75% paragon points), and completionists achievements all have not unlocked . As well as the biotic achievements.I have gotten well over 150 pistol kills and well over 150 organic kills and 250 synthetic kills. I have 100% Paragon on one character and I beat the game 3x doing EVERY side quest. And of course I've been using the hell out of the biotic skills on enemies and just randomly casting them. WTF is the problem?

Hm...I would hazard a guess that the original poster's issue wasn't addressed was because it is technically the wrong board for the question: this is a 360 ME2 tech board after all, with the ME tech board being separate. There is also the possibility that the troubleshooters available back then didn't know how to help and kept quiet, as I would, or there were no troubleshooters about. Hard to say.
Will reiterate that success of getting the issue resolved would depend on the knowledge of those who frequent the board in question. I don't know a great deal about ME despite over a dozen playthroughs but I'll chip in regardless.
The info you provided is a touch unclear to me, especially with respect to when you were gaming on whose console and the status of your Gamertag. From what I can tell your situation is like this:
(1) Unlocked "every single achievement".
(2) Recovered Gamertag on roommates 360.
(3) Lost internet connection for four months.
(4) Continue to game on own 360.
(5) Regain internet connection.
(6) Recover Gamertag on own 360.
(7) Achievements do not match expectations.
Something troubles me with (1), as I'm not entirely certain in what sense you are using "every single achievement". To me that means either 'all achievements', which then makes the issue you have to be that these achievements have mysteriously vanishes; or 'unlocked the achievements you have unlocked' with no specific mention of the number of achievements.
Another question I would put to you, and help to clarify things, is when did you unlock the achievements for Fallout: New Vegas and 'two other games'? If it's during (4) I think what I have in mind next might explain the discrepancy; assuming my numbered steps are correct (hence my assumptions are correct).
Any achievement you gained during (4) would not have been recorded by the system prior to the loss of the internet connection. But...here's the crunch issue I think. If you performed (6) without having logged onto XBox Live beforehand, then the data that was recovered matches the data you had at (3). No additional unlocked achievements would have been registered by the system. At least that's my guess on that part of the issue.
As for why achievements aren't unlocking...I have no idea and can't provide much for you to go on. Best to post on the ME tech boards and see if others (though they're usually PC gamers) can help you; they may have insight into the issue I don't have. It could be that the game recognises them as being unlocked so they don't unlock again (if that makes any sense).
