Well, I figured it would probably be best not to tie down the thread title in technicalities. But you're right.

I have the feeling that Hale and Meer will be our old Wardens (and also probably some other minor characters, at least for Meer).
It feels "right", especially after seeing Hawke in the latest trailer.

Hmm. I'm kind of skeptical our Wardens will be in Inquisition in the flesh. I've always felt that'd be much more difficult to add in than Hawke, who we now have confirmation appears in the game. Then again, there's a Warden beside Hawke, and while we know it isn't our Warden, it could be "the" Orlesian Warden, in which case our Warden would naturally follow if we're alive. So... hm-hm.
I like that idea a lot, though. That'd be fancy.

Funny, that's exactly what I told myself this morning while thinking about Meer and Hale's involvement. That would be awesome! I always loved their voices in Mass Effect.

Maybe Jennifer Hale and Mark Meer are voicing (some?) of those characters?
Just a wonder.

Had a wonder the other day, do the Multiplayer Characters have any confirmed VA?

I'm still betting those two are the Warden.

The revelation that they're all being outfitted with personalities and attached banter really broadened the ballgame. I'm now veering toward Meer and Hale being two of them instead. I wouldn't put Gwendoline Christie as a qunari class past the designers, either, but I think it's far more likely she's going to be given star narrative treatment in some fashion.

Can she do a French accent?
I'm wondering if she might be voicing Celene.

...Gwendoline Christie for female Warden?
Better than Hale for female Warden, tbh.

I'm not sure, although I wouldn't be surprised. That said, and while I urge no one to ever assume anything, there is a fairly understandable assumption that, given the VA director's announcement tweet of Ms. Christie's involvement contained the hashtag "#hornsup," there's a very high chance she's playing a qunari.
I'm sure whoever she is it'll be quite nifty hearing her performance, but I, too, would like to see her play the role of Celene. So long as Celene's voice is a good one, I'm sure it'll all work out in the end!

So IMDb says Nicholas Boulton and Jo Wyatt are in DAI, so we'll hear our Hawkes^^

Not to spit against Jennifer Hale but to me, the only VA in any Bioware game to ever did a decent french accent is Corinne Kempa. And that's because she IS french. ![]()
Okay, to be honest, Miranda Raison did a decent job too with Cassandra. But that's it, the rest is mediocre, at best. I really hope Bioware did not mess this up this time. The french accent usually used in games (Bioware's or not) is the one of people who do not speak english really often. So if the character is not living in an english speaking country, that's ok, but someone who, for instance, had the time to raise a 10 years old child in Ferelden (yes, i look at you Isolde), it's not. So for the sake of my ears, i really really hope the accent will be better for the bunch of orlesians we are sure to meet in DAI.

IMDb is historically not remotely credible as anyone can edit and people frequently input based on assumption, or, worse, trolling. But I did list them as likely! I think. On my phone at the moment and class is about to start.

Well we know that we will see our Hawkes, it is then almost certain that we will be able to hear them as well.

Well the term "groundbreaking" could also be more litteral. Even if i'll stick with my idea of her being the voice of the female Warden, she could also be voicing some huge creature.
There are, for instance, two hints of the inquisitor being able to "tame" a dragon, in a old artwork and the "hawke" trailer. What if this "tamed" will be speaking to us (with some kind of telepahy ?) with the voice of Jennifer Hale ? I guess that could be cool and "groundbreaking". ![]()

Ground breaking in that Shepard is making an appearance in DA! Both Shepards? Can't be a coincidence!
"Hey, Inquisitor! Hawke, the Warden and both of us Shepards are going to help out with this inquisition thing, where is my Harrier Assault rifle? A big hole in the sky with demons coming out? Ha we had reapers! I should go."

Almost certain. 99%. As an anthropology major, though, I have a 100% rule never to 100% anything.
It isn't beyond the realm of possibility that their schedules do not align and thus they are unavailable to reprise their roles. Similarly, for all we know they are muted by Fade demons the entire time. This thread shall operate under a "Never Assume Anything" mandate. That said, I look forward to confirmation. Until then, they're under Somewhat Likely!

This, however, I am tempted to call confirmed. I mean, it's just so obvious!

Mark Meer has voiced many NPCs in the previous games, so his involvement in DAI isn't an indication that he'll be voicing a prominent character. He was one of the male elf voices in Origins though, I believe, so that would be a cool callback if he voiced the male Warden.

Also being located in Edmonton and the fact he has tremendous range (doing Jethan in DA, volus and vorcha in ME along with being shepard) BioWare can call him up when they have various roles that need to be filled.

His list of credits in Origins was pretty expansive. Taken from the Origins IMDB page: Athras / Gatekeeper / Unscrupulous Merchant / Experienced Elf Male / Rage Demon / Orphan Ollie / Elf Messenger / Werewolf / Pearl Dwarf Male Companion / Surface Dwarf / Traveling Werewolf / Demon / Alienage Elf Thug / Mikhael Dryden - Warden's Keep DLC / Tug - Leliana's Song DLC (voice)

The fact that he was Orphan Ollie makes me so happy for some reason.

Ramon Tikaram has been confirmed for the role of Dorian! Hurrah! I have added the name, but updating the OP with the announcement video and a fresh coat of paint will need to wait until I'm home (and thus not mobile and busy) this evening.
Yay info, though!
