Tactical Cloak
Snap Freeze
Flamer
Now - that's - a fun kit to play!

That sounds like a fun kit, and reasonably well balanced: concussive arrows for unshielded, AP arrows for armor, EH for shields. And Volus melee for GTFO and DR.

Pull
Sabotage
This had to be a pretty shitty character. Can't detonate a thing, and you're pretty much only decent against Geth mooks. Against bosses and armored foes, you'll get destroyed. Oh well, you could try to use Tech Armor.

... on a Volus.
Tech Armour on a melee kit is always useful - I've completed the TA usage challenge 42 times now.

Or a Quarian. Their heavy melee is just slow as hell.... on a Volus.

You wouldn't be able to use any of the powers with volus melee
That's the joke.

How about
sabotage
pull
annihilation field
Zero synergy because you don't have an offensive tech based power to buff, nothing to detonate BE's or TB's with, and hardly anything to strip defenses so that pull can even be used (sabotage is okay against shields if spec'd for backfire and tech vulnerability, but you are hopeless against barriers and armour.)
Zero points in pull, spec for melee damage, use annihilation field as a speed boost or a damage boost, some shield drain, and a source of stagger for easy melee kills, with sabotage for more stagger and melee damage.
Essentially a less powerful version of the melee FQI.
It'd need a decent gun to handle bosses, but it's be usable.
As has been said, gotta love how almost any combination cam be made workable with some effort.

Would Annihilation Field auto-detonate targets primed by Flamer?
Just came to my mind.

Pull
Sentry Turret
Tech Armor
Tech armor is fabulous, and sentry turret not as bad as some think. Pull, well, grant you that.

Yeah, but imagine how you'd struggle against bosses, Dragoons, Pyros, etc.

With pull being your only real cooldown you could equip some fairly OP weapons.

True, but you'd worthless as a caster. Your powers are completely wasted on the character, so it would be one of the least fun kits imaginable.

As Jelena says, you equip a BFG for those. And the turret will take some of the mid-tier units out for you.
Actually, that's beginning to seem like quite a well-balanced kit.

Pull
Sentry Turret
Tech Armor
I'm fairly sure that Pull is specifically designed to be the one wasted power in the game. They use it to depower kits that are ridiculously overpowered in other ways.
That said, this kit would have the most powerful Sentry Turret in the game, combined with being quite tanky. This allows the sentry turret to fire uninterrupted while you run around soaking up the damage. Use Pull to stagger light enemies to further reduce damage in the general area, if necessary.

I suggested a similar one earlier but with annihilation field in place of tech armour. Without a biotic teammate, you'd be useless.

I feel I must explain my reasoning:Nova
Phase Disruptor
Hunter mode
Human Passive
Drell Fitness
Asari light and heavy melee
No dodge
Any set of powers listed in this thread can be made playable by doing one very simple thing - slap on a powerful weapon and ammo and "play the weapon". That's all there is to it, therefore all "worst kits" can be playable.
Now try to imagine the scenario where you are not "playing the weapon". I dunno, use a mattock with disruptor ammo or something...
Hunter mode will not save you when you can't dodge, have slow heavy melee, and using hunter mode along with either other power will render your shields/barrier nonexistant.
Unless you want to kite and shoot around soft cover with phase disruptor for over an hour (I can't imagine how boring this would be) you are going to get health gated pretty fast.
When you've only got one bar of health left with nonexistent shields, relying mostly on your not-godlike weapon and visual cues from hunter mode, because your shields are down and are waiting to use your powers - one gust of wind will down you.
Only ways I can see this working out is if, like with every other kit in this thread, use a powerful weapon (javelin/claymore...) and play the weapon, who cares about what powers you have. You can just stick geth scanner on every kit without hunter mode as well.
The second way would be shield power cells + multicapacitor, although I can't see this ending well.
