Instead of changing, I would add a scene showing the Asari fighting the reapers above Thessia like we see the Turians fighting the reapers when going to Menae.
I wondered about that to. There was no space battle over Thessia; yet we seen one over Earth, Palavan, Rannoch. What was the Asari fleet doing? As I recall Tevos told me they would be reinforcing their borders.

I would guess that Bioware was in rush mode to get the game released and decided not to show a space battle over Thessia.
We didn't really see the initial attack on earth either.

Agreed. It's a common rule in writing that when something it's used too often and too recklessly, the quality and effect of it becomes inflated very fast. And as grand as some of the space battles in ME3, they'd never really produced anywhere near the amount of tension and excietment that the final battle of the first game had, in fact, the space battles in ME3 were quite sloppy in execution.

I was hoping that when (and IF) TIM was dethroned, that Petrovsky would assume command of Cerberus.
When Shep said (something like) "TIM doesn't have a very high opinion of me" -- Petrovsky responded commendably "I do my own thinking & research".
As such, he's not just another mindless minion of TIM.
Why don't we see the baby Shepard has with Liara (Liara romance of course) at the end of Mass Effect when you have a good end and everybody is happy?

An ending slide showing a Prothean colony, similar to the one on Ilos, with stasis pods that are still functioning. Implying that many Protheans are still alive and trapped in stasis.
In the endings that have Shepard dead, minus the low ems destroy(below 1750ems) and refuse ending, have a slide showing a statue of Shepard in his/her armor with LI standing in front of it and if Shepard has no LI, have the slide of the statue by itself. Or have a grave with the LI putting flowers on the grave of Shepard. And if Shepard has no LI, just show the grave. In the breath scene, have Shepard and LI in a slide scene with their backs towards the screen looking over a field while the sun sets. And if Shepard has no LI, only Shepard by him/herself with his/her back towards the screen.
The option to say "I don't believe/trust you" at various points throughout the trilogy, for roleplaying purposes of course.
I honestly thought I'd be choosing between Nyreen and Aria to run Omega or Petrovsky and Aria. Don't know how I would of chosen but it would have been great to have a boss battle against Aria.
At various points in the trilogy are choices to kill someone or let the go/be bribed. Why can't we knock them unconscious or arrest them?
(Helena Blake is one of the few were you can at least try this)

Option to not pistol whip Gavin Archer after letting him keep David. Just because I'm okay with letting him experiment on his autistic brother doesn't mean I'm okay with pointless brutality. I would have appreciated it being an interrupt instead, like what Paragon's get.
