i have been watching this closely as there is a mod i was hoping to find but have not seen it yet. the mod was designed to balance out the background traits a bi. i think it also added some text to the tutorial. if you happen to know of which mod i'm speaking, please help my find it again. it was on the original vault but i havent found the correct keyword/s to use to narrow my search...

nope. this was specific to the background traits you choose when you create your character. the farmer, militia, trouble maker, wild child, etc...
