I liked Anomen too   I though the fact that he was a bit pompous was a nice character flaw and made him more human.

 

I'm just replaying BG2 and I still like Anomen romance

 

 

I'm not sure why, but the fact that almost all of the other party members ragged on Anomen made me like him even less. Almost no one respected him. And he always responded to them with hostility, rather than take it in stride. He was an insecure, pompous jerk with daddy issues. He didn't get okay to me until his whole personal story arc was over. And even then he might snap and attack Aerie. Of course I still romanced him because he was the only choice.

Iron bull has a face only a mother could love imo  I don't get why he's so popular as a romance. But otherwise I like his look as a companion because it's really distinctive and it gives him character   I just don't really want to romance him...

 

Same, IB seems like fun should make a good bromance but as a LI erm no thanks don't find him attractive at all.

I kinda wish this had been a dialogue option for turning down Zevran in Origins. His flirting got annoying after a while.

 

I wonder if the other companions will have banter like 'what does he/she see in him/her'? I'm inclined to think so since party gossip was in Origins and 2.

Just do what I do drake be openly doucey towards him. It's super effective. Being friendly can lead to ninjamance, break it break that heart fast!

There always were and always will be those sorts of things. 

 

My personal favourite was Morrigan/Alistair conv. It was even funnier since Alistair is well Alistair and yet he still was jelly. Just lold.

In my more recent playthroughs I just kill him outright. I never use him anyway. I guess that's as douchey as it gets! As for the ninjamance, I often heard tales of a certain bard indulging in the behavior but I never witnessed it first hand. Probably because I never had her in my party back then (I hated her). Then I did her romance for the achievement...

 

I have high hopes for Josephine. Allegra Clark seems absolutely ecstatic to be voicing her and we've been teased with interesting stuff (blushing? As in  her face actually turns red? I've got to see that!)

I never killed him in any of my playthroughs even tho I rarely use him scratch that I don't use him, maybe I should kill him then.

Solas and Blackwall are my picks for the remaining two.

I would rather for it to be Vivienne and Blackwall than Solas. That way everyone would have equal number of genders they could pursuit using different characters.

Solas is... just so magical/mystical, though. Viv and Solas would be better imo. I'm just reminded of Thane and Samara when I read about Blackwall.

I mention Solas and Blackwall because if Vivienne is a love interest and in all likelihood she will be, she will be in all likelihood, be gated and BSN will rage about it.

 

I don't mind any of the trio as romance options.

For me it will either be Cullen, the Bull or Solas he kinda reminds me of a clamer ikaku ramae (bleach the blad dude but yay more calmer and yep butchered the name).

Solas being straight is no big loss, not interested in him, but congrats to the girls who excited about him. I'm fine with either Vivienne and Blackwall, I like them both for my male inquisitor.

I wasn't going to romance Solas either way but him being race gated and gender gated made my girl Sera look pretty safe in not being race gated since I don't see both elf companions and two female only options being gated.

 

 

My choice is Vivi

All I know is that whoever I've picked so far, I've been wrong one way or another.

 

I've got hopes. But making a prediction at this point will be like giving my pick the kiss of death.

 

In future installments, whatever I predict, go for something else!

Plus, Vivianne is rocking the Maleficent look.
