I have a special place in my heart so far for Sera and Iron Bull, but I'm also hoping for Varric. 
I'm making my first male pc for Dorian and both Solas and Josephine are growing on me more and more as time goes on. I think all of the companions look amazing so far, LI status or not. I think I can safely say the silent majority here is more than happy with them so far in what we know of both their looks and personality, but I'm glad we finally have a thread to express our positive vibes instead of feed the negative. Great idea to the OP.

Vivienne and Dorian are both absolutely perfect. Every time they pop up in trailers I get momentarily flustered.
But Cassandra, Sera, Solas, and Josephine are also stand outs, due to their unique (yet aesthetically pleasing) character designs. I love all the little touches- Cass's scar and cheekbones, Sera's nose and terrible haircut, Solas and Josie's everything. I can't wait to interact with them and take lots, and lots of screenshots.
I have a feeling that, once DAI finally comes out, I am never going to not be playing it.

I just felt like "Jackpot" when I found out that Vivienne existed. She basically the first black (as in "with dark Skin and Features that I would identify as african-american - note that I'm a white Guy from Germany-") female Companion in a BioWare Game I played and while I know that she isn't confirmed, I pretty sure she will be soon enough. I mean come on... not having her as a LI would be too much of a Tease...

Most of them are art I find on Tumblr, I just crop them and shrink them down a few sizes. The one I had before this was a screenshot I took of Cullen from the IGN demo and just enhanced the quality/zoomed in.

I mentioned this in another thread but since this one is nicer and not ragging on looks going to mention it again. I am ashamed of myself for how long it took me to notice this but to me Cassandra looks very similar to Detective Benson from SVU and it has finally gotten me aboard the Cassandra train when before I didn't have a ton of interest. Now if I can just trust myself not to attach the two too closely in my head.

I think I'll romance pretty much everybody I can except maybe Dorian.
Cullen will probably be my inquisitor's LI in more than one playthrough, Sera, Cass, Iron Bull and Josephine will get at least one playthrough, more if their romances are good. I'm also hoping for Solas as a LI.
They all look great. Josie is absolutely gorgeous.

Anyway for me the character I find most attractive is Cassandra. I actually respect bioware for making a female character who (IMO) has a very hard, badass sort of beauty without giving her Double D size boobs and armour which only covers 10% of her body, y'know like almost every other video game does.

Meh, I can agree that most of the LIs aren't particularly beautiful, but that's personal taste really. To me most of the LIs are more...average looking. But we don't know their whole story yet and good or interesting personality adds a lot to attractiveness.

I always thought Qunari are hot but Iron Bull is on a whole other level, I'm so excited to romance him with a male elf. Then my two Qunari Inquisitors get Dorian and Sera. I think Sera looks great, she has a unique look and is really pretty. And for some reason I'm very attracted to Dorian's moustache?
Now I just really want Vivienne and Blackwall to be bi romances. I definitely don't think Blackwall will be one though...
Edit: I'm glad most romances aren't conventionally attractive, it's great to have some like that (Cullen for example) but I feel like that can get kind of boring in a way? Especially for the female characters they all look unique and beautiful in different ways.
