Paladine Hawke (Human Male Templar/Reaver) - Romanced Merrill (Rivalry);  Friendships: Bethany, Fenris, Aveline, Varric;  Rivalries: Isabela, Anders, Merrill, Sebastian;  Bethany dies in the Deep Roads;  Feynriel made Tranquil;  Aveline and Donnic never got married;  Varric kills Bartrand, Hawke confiscates the red lyrium shard;  Opposed Sister Petrice's Anti-Qunari plans;  Isabela turned over to the Arishok;  Spared the Sabrae Clan;  Sided with the Templars;  Killed Anders.  (never played the DLCs so I must consult the wiki in order to make any decisions...)

Erza Cousland, Rouge with two swords, Leliana lover, Conner free Redcliff saved, Ashes found and used to save Conner dad, Mages saved, Werewolves cured and peace with Dalish, Shale is found and Cailen body is burned, Bhelen rules and anvil destroyed, Loghain is in the grey wardens plus he does the dirty with Morrigan, Alistair is king with Anora, I killed the Archdemon Morrigan mother and dragon at ashes site, Amaranthine is saved and Keep is upgraded, Architect is alive, Morrigan left through the mirror,

 

Female default Hawk, Rouge with two swords, Funny side helped all friends, Isabella lover, Killed Anders, Helped the mages, Sister with mages  Kept Merril mirror (was that a good idea?), Sandel does his thing with the idol, Help Tallis would like a threesome with her and Isabella, Sided with crazy warden in the grey warden prison place.

Just out curiosity, did you plan these out, or just go in blind and see how it panned out? It seems like a lot of people either were never recruited or got killed, kicked along the way.

For my first playthrough.

 

Seth Mahariel: Dalish rogue, romanced Zevran, abandoned Redcliffe and sacrificed Isolde, sided with Circle, tainted Ashes, killed werewolves, destroyed Anvil and made Bhelen king, recruited Loghain and had him to the dark ritual. Anora and Alistair rule.

--> Awakening: destroyed Amaranthine to save Keep, allied with the Architect (which I'm sure was a bad idea...).

 

Bronwen Hawke: Mostly sarcastic mage, romanced Merrill (but slept with Fenris/Isabela/Anders and smooched Tallis first), sided with mages most of the time (including the end), Carver joined the Wardens, gave Sandal the red lyrium piece, got Isabela her boat, Merrill's clan died, completed all companion quests, spared Anders but told him to get out.

--> helped Tallis and sided with Janeka.

 

Sheena/Shan Lavellan: Dalish mage. Possibly a knight enchanter (I'll need to see it in action to know for sure). Quite moral and compassionate, but short-tempered. Will probably romance Sera. If not, then Josephine.

I can't honestly dredge up all of my old choices from memory - very excited for Keep in that regard - but I was generally unkind to the Mages in both Origins and DA2. That's probably the choice that's most important among all of this. My Warden was an Elf Mage, my Hawke was a Female Templar.

 

My first run at Inquisition is definitely going to be as a hadrcore Female Human Templar. Very pro-authority, very anti-mages, aiming for a Cullen romance and spending most of my time with Cassandra, Blackwall, and either Solas or maybe Cole at a stretch.

 

Considering a Female Qunari Mage aiming for neutrality and peace and a Male Dalish Rogue who wants the death of all oppressors on later playthroughs. Don't have romances decided for them yet.

Calob Cousland-Warrior who loved glorious battles and conquering worthy foes. He was very noble and brave and had a good heart. Romanced Morrigan, had a child with her and went through the mirror with her. 

 

Calvin Hawke-Warrior who did everything for his family. Family first, then glory. Loved his sister dearly and watched out for her; he was sad to see Bethany go with the Wardens wishing he could have done something else to save her. He grew closer to his sister when his mother died and his cousin Charade. Sided with the mages and romanced Isabella. 

 

Marcus Trevelyan-Warrior with a good heart and brave. Loves the noble life but does crave for some action and adventure and leaving Ostwick for the Frostbacks in Ferelden is the adventure he wants. He is saddened by the deaths of his relatives and the Divine so he seeks revenge on those who caused the veil tear. The moment he is threatened by Cassandra, she sparked something in his heart he loved and he had to have her. He sought after her aggressively.
