'Tis not just you. Many players encounter the Silverite Mine bug at one time or another.
Helpful tip: If the background behind the Architect does not display properly after being captured, or the Warden or any of the companions are NOT wearing the Commoner clothes (i.e. they are nekkid), or your inventory is not empty when you wake up in the cell, you are bugged and won't be able to recover all of the gear.
Best practice is to save before entering the mines, and if any of those conditions exist after being captured, go back to that save and figure out which of the items equipped by either the Warden or a companion is causing the issue... it can be triggered by almost any piece of equipped gear. (I've had it happen because of the Dusk Ring that Nathaniel Howe wears, and once by the staff Spellfury, I'd given to Anders.)

For a while I never ran into this bug. But at some point it decided to trigger for every play through now. So since all my gear is mod gear I just unequip everything on everyone and put them in different armor so I can keep all my good stuff and get it all back at the end in the chest

I just stash the can't-do-without valuables in the Keep chest.
Though, TBH, I've never had the bug.

@theskymoves - Thanks for the tip on the background! Saves a whole lot of time and argh! knowing beforehand if you need to reload. The only time it happened to me, I lost the just the Illumination amulet, not any armor or weapons. I'm lucky because I play on PC and could get it back with the dev console, but the bug occurs on all platforms. I don't remember any problem with the background, but it's been a while.

Best to enter the mines without any equipment: no risk of lost items

LOL! So some people say... For my part, I could never come up with a good roleplay reason to strip everyone down. ("Oh hey crazy murderous elf lady I just met... why don't you slip off those shiny robes and come into the mine with us? Look, we're nekkid too!" *steals the pants off of Nathaniel Howe*)
