Can I romance Alistair, Leliana, and Zevran or two of em at the same time? I'm trying to get the Romance Achievement. I want my female canon warden to mainly romance Leliana but I'm curious. I don't want to repeatedly reload over an over again. Also, does sleeping w/ them grant me the achievement? Must I do personal quests first to get it? I romanced Morrigan on my canon male warden an got the achievement just by sleeping w/ her, immediately after lothering. Just thinking it be different.

I think with Alistair and Zevran, at some point Zevran asks you to pick between them. I get around this by putting Alistair on the throne.

You can romance them all, Zev will sleep with you at an early approval. 
I can't remember exactly, but you can romance one (for the achievement), break up with them and romance another all in the same game.

I believe the achievements are unlocked via tent time alone.
As long as you don't turn "off" the romances, you can definitely bed each in turn. Best method: just avoid any questions in camp that look the least bit flirty until you are ready to try the romance. (So if you tell Zevran to stop staring at your butt, and shut him down a different time, he will stop trying and the romance will be unavailable later.)
If you get two (or more) romances going at the same time, be careful who you click on. A companion with an Approval over 70 will demand that you choose between love interests. I believe you can lie to them for a certain length of time, but not indefinitely.
Leliana and Alistair both need to be at higher levels of Approval to go to the tent, and Leliana is notoriously buggy. I'd suggest that you check their Wiki pages for details.

Lilian a was gricky, especially when trying to get her number scene. Focus on her when you try, just don't shut anyone else down

for some reason I thought this thread was going to be about actual 'strategy' and how you love to use it. I was wrong, this is a romance thread. Well since I am here I actually learned that you can do multiple romances in one playthrough but not at the same time.
