Fair enough. 
I don't personally think this is PR talk, because I've seen Allan say he doesn't have that information before, but I'll hardly ever say I'm 100% certain on anything. I think Sera will be available to Dwarves, but that's mostly because I can't think of a reason why she shouldn't be.

*shrugs* doesn't really affect me since I only care about her being into human females just think it would be funny if it was him covering his butt. Though part of me does want it to be true so that we would actually know something new about her.
