Gonna go for something different here....

Name: Rashad Shepard.
Attitude: speak softly and carry a big stick.
Psych Profile: Born in the slums of Toronto, Rashad Shepard ran with gangs from an early age and worked his way up to an advisory/board position with the notorious 10th Street Reds. It was a dead-end future, however. Believing he was capable of more, and inspired by stories of humans in space, Shepard enlisted in the Alliance as a ticket out of this life.
Shepard got himself into trouble early and often as a recruit, showing off and playing the hero. Stuck with crap assignments for much of his early career, Shepard eventually got serious about turning things around. His hard work would go unnoticed at first, but on one fateful shore-leave on Elysium, Shepard put it all together by leading a small squad against Terminus raiders during the 'Blitz and got to a comm-tower to call for reinforcements. His efforts would get him accolades and fast-track his career.
As a Spectre, Shepard was cocky and proud. Representing humanity as a Spectre was a huge burden, but he was always confident in his abilities. Come Virmire, however, things changed for him. Shepard had known death since an early age and as a military man, but in leaving Ash behind, it was the first time he would lose someone he cared for. It showed him the true cost of sacrifice and what was at stake in the world. Since then, Shepard would become withdrawn, obsessively critical of himself and his job performance.
All's well that ends well and Shepard ultimately stopped Saren and Sovereign at the Citadel, helping humanity rise to power with a seat on the council. Trying to make up for his failure on Virmire, Shepard worked tirelessly to help save people and put criminals to justice. After he was killed by the Collectors and brought back by Cerberus, Shepard suffered nightmares of his death for many nights. In his return, Shepard found himself in a difficult place, forced to work for people he did not trust. He found strength in support from the few friends he had, and in helping people in need, but one person he met in this time would change his life forever.
A ruthless criminal in Jack and a lawful Spectre like Shepard seemed incompatible on paper, but her biotic power was too good to pass up for his mission. As they worked together and got to know each other, Shepard found that her early life was not too different from his own, and determined that Jack was not a truly evil person, just young. Talking her down against Aresh gave him faith that there was some good in her. Concern turned to care, and care to love. Jack was initially guarded against any serious relationship, but with death through the Omega-4 relay looming over them, it didn't seem right to hold back their feelings for one another. Shepard's love for Jack made him whole again and gave his life new purpose. As Mordin said, easier to fight for the galaxy when you can put a face to it. It also made him a tougher and more passionate individual.
Rashad Shepard would say that the true purpose of his work was to leave the galaxy a better place than it was before.
Combat Analysis: Determined to be the best marine he could be, Shepard trained for weapon- and omnitool-proficiency with the Alliance. In his Spectre days, Shepard's bread-and-butter was guerilla warfare. When Cerberus rebuilt him, they pumped his body full of eezo to give him another deadly skill for his arsenal. Shepard changed to a CQC-oriented "Juggernaut" style ever since.
