Who's bloody idea is that you can't save all the time you want?! I bought mass effect3 because i like "part 2", so here I am nearly at the end of the fight (which I tried to get through at least 3 times), doorbell rings and I have to stop playing because something else must be done.

So next day I have some spare time and start to play, and I have to start all over again! Okay, I understand that there are people who can play hours in a day, but I have to squeeze sometime to play, maybe an hour, so this way it takes me years to play this damn game through because I have to start some scenes again and again. So for us older players who can't play many hours per day It would be useful to save the game everytime we want to.

You just have to make sure that there are no enemies in the immediate area, I think :)
And you can use the 'select' button for a quick save, and press the square button (both PS3 of course :) ) to skip dialogues, you can spare a lot of time that way

Yeah I've never had an issue with the amount of saves I'm allowed. On computer I use F5 to quick save constantly, the only restriction is you can't quick save when enemies are around.

I think the current function works ok but it would be nice to be able to save at any point. The only reason not to allow it is so they can throw in cheap tricks like Marauder Shields.

Okay, I tried this bloody "#¤% game again (I play with the pc by the way), no I stuck again, have to stop bomb blowing, so i manage to kill cereberus soldiers and then game tihis big robot and million soldiers, I manage to get killed, AND HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, because I can't save because there is still enemies, and that pissed me off after 6 time. So that's why I like to have more possibilities to make saves. I'm older guy, so I'm not so used to play games.

You would have hated playing games like Alex The Kid and Bubble Bobble back in the day. No such thing as saves, you die, you go right back to the beginning of the game.
