Morrigan, of course. At the time I wasn't that happy about seeing Hawke because I thought we would get stuck with their default appearance (which would have irritated me a lot in-game although I do like the default, I made custom in my main playthrough). I was really happy to see Morrigan and I hope she has quite a big role to play, it would be great if she eventually joins the Inquisition, I wouldn't expect her to be a companion but I'm sure she could lend help in other ways, possibly assisting or even leading the mage side of the Inquisition like Cullen handles the military.
Although I'm kind of surprised that this is probably how she will be introduced in-game (that's just my assumption) through the Eluvian, I thought we'd see her with the Empress in Orlais?

I never really liked Morrigan, and there wasn't enough screen time for Cullen to allow me to form opinions on him. The actually returning character I'm interested in is Hawke, or the warden if he's in the game.

Also pretty happy about Cullen being back he should be in his 30s now so will be interesting to see how he has matured.
