Why, exactly do you think he stole it? I've gotten games 10-12 days before release from stores selling them early. Sometimes you gotta grease a palm or two.

The crime is in the code breaking, so a follow up purchase makes no difference regarding any potential prosecution.

Well I think it is just immature players that can not wait to play. So they go to sites that have illegal downloads that also contain data infiltration software to steal info on the users. Go ahead I can wait for release date. The truth is if you do not buy the game it is Stealing and that makes you a criminal.



Downloading of sites before release dates is also illegal and breaks Xbox term and agreements. I will laugh if you get a code to system that causes a system crash because you could no wait a few days. As far as PC to much can happen to a computer with UNSAFE Downloads. Have fun and be warned of the new Ditter Virus. It will slowly corrupt files starting with Core processor protections eventual shutting off alerts and cooling systems. It has a bad effect on Computer chips and video cards - Ever see one Fry?

You came to a bioware site and said your brother had a pirated version of their game and that you were going to play it.

That doesn't exactly push the scale toward genius.

edit: then you tried to claim it wasn't theft.  again, scale isn't going forward.

No i'm not, you are just stereotyping me on one minor mistake, i know priacy is steaing but when someone says "stealing" to me the first thing that comes to mind is physically stealing something. Like i said "i'm no idiot".

oh about the "stealing" it matters not, the means in which it was acquired, it only requires "NOT paying for it"

regardless of whether it was d'loaded or swiped from a store.
