Loghain will survive in my canon playthrough. Aside from that, nothing but that could change. I'll probably create a more ruthless/evil world state because i cant be bothered to play evil just for the sake of been evil.
Are you retconning any past stories when you play The Keep?

I'm replaying through my canon to iron this stuff out for myself. Adding in things from DLC I didn't have in my initial playthrough and a few changes based on things I know better about my characters and the game itself.
This is what I'm doing. I actually just re-bought DA:O with all the DLC, for this purpose.

My first DAO playthrough I 'sided' with the Templars in the circle, only because I didn't know how to use the Litany of Adralla. Isolde was used in the ritual to save Connor because I never actually asked if there was no other way. I lost the Landsmeet, making all the wrong arguments. I won't change those mistakes though, just because I'd like to see the results of those 'decisions'. I will also do my best to recreate my 'canon' playthrough, where my HN married Alistair.
One thing I enjoy about the idea of the Keep is the ability to play the 'default' world state, to see how that would vary from my own runs. Also, I will create a world which reflects decisions I could never bring myself to make - defiling the ashes, letting the demon have Connor, letting Kitty have Amalia, letting Caladrius have the slaves/use them for the ritual, allowing Sophia Dryden to leave Soldier's Peak, killing Anders, etc. Might even toss in some other choices like killing Zevran, letting Alistair be executed (gasp!), killing Wynne and Leiliana...tho that last might be interesting given that she is in DAI lol

lol I love how varied the fanbase is - all of those choices were made by my canon "good" character - and most of them (aside from the Caladrius choice, and possibly the Connor one) I feel I would always choose. XD
Anyway, as everyone keeps mentioning building new worldstates on here, to add to my earlier post - there are a few playthroughs of Origins which I never got too far in, which I will likely recreate in the Keep.
Human Noble warrior named Delilah - who will rule Ferelden with Alistair
Dwarf noble warrior named Beatrix who might not have a love interest
City Elf rogue named Avina who I haven't really decided anything for yet
Currently playing around with DA2 to come up with Hawke builds to go along with these characters.
