I need help on how to make a signature with title which has link added to the title. kind like [title|link] of sort

is here someone who knows how to do that?

There's more than one way to do it, I personally stick with the old fashioned BBCode. (replacing < > with [ ]) <url=WhateverWebsite.com>Link Title</url>.

Make sure to click the "Light Switch" button above where you'd type, where all the font changing/coloring stuff is. The background where you're writing should be black. So yours would be Title | <url=>Link</url>

What, exactly, did you type? BBC code is finicky and annoying. I generally have to rertype stuff just to get it to work properly.

 

For my sig, I did what Dominus described, above.

 

Read as written, it reads: May the mass x acceleration be with you!  |  {url=https://www.fanfiction.net/u/2212966/}I write fanfiction{/url} | If you write rouge when you mean rogue, you will be mocked.

 

I have substituted { and } for straight brackets in the example above.

 

As an example of how annoying the forum code is, it converting my hyperlink language to an actual hyperlink. I ddin't actually type the underscore at all.

I don't know if you're havin' the same issue as I had, but double check the link after pasting it. My phone always makes a space after I paste an URL so it'd always be " http://youtu.be/hSRehbRLfRQ'>Punk-ass, kids! Instead of "Punk-ass, kids! If that's not the problem, share the links and see if someone else can fix it, then you just copy their post. After the appropriate 'gracias', of course.
