1. When exploring out in the wilderness you can set up a camp on the fly to rest, make potions etc. You castle is where you do companion things.
2. Weapons from Greatswords to Battle Axes to Hammers not only have their own speed, armor penetration, but also their own unique attacks/swings and chains.
3. All skills/talents/trees rebuild from the ground up for this game.
4. You can upgrade everything you craft and enchant.
5. Mage have a skill called "Veilfire" that will show you hidden things in the world from texts to crafting recipies.
6. STILL refuses to tell fans about MP
