I thought I would make a thread about Dwarfs.I didn't happen to see one already made so....

 

This thread is for the  discussion of all things Dwarfs.Feel free to talk about anything related to Dwarfs,such as if you're planning on making a Dwarf inquisitor.Or anything really.

 

I plan to make a dwarf inquisitor for a second playthrough. My first play through will be an Elven mage 

 

Oh if there already is a thread like this I apologize.But I didn't see one and I felt bad for the dwarfs....seeing as I don't see a thread for them.

 

So feel free to discuss anything Dwarf related here

Lack of dwarf love around here makes me sad. 

 

I'm doing a female Qunari first, but a dwarf of whatever class or gender will probably happen eventually for me.

I already liked dwarves, but with the new background info on the Cadash Inquisitor I'm now even more interested to play one.  I'm planning a sneaky, crazy rogue dwarf to counter my goody-two-shoes qunari mage.

Got at least three dwarf Inquisitors lined up for DAI myself though I'm sure I'll make more of them many more. Diffidently going to run as a dwarf lady for my first run of the game, I just need to decide on which one I'm stuck between my more 'princess-y' type one and my more in the moment one.

Well all the dwarf fans do indeed need support while we grieve over the third DA game in a row with 0 dwarves LIs period.

Lady Dwarf rogue will be either my first or second playthrough my Dwarf ladies Fen Brosca (aka the TRUE dark wolf) and Rasheva Aeducan were some of my absolute favorite PCs XD

Male Dwarf is my go to guy when the option is there.  In DA:O, the Dwarven Origins were my favourite ones, ones that I've played numerous times, I think my female Dwarf Noble was the only female I finished Origins with.

 

Can't wait to get my Dwarf Inquisitor going, a little disappointed in what I've heard so far from the voice actors but nothing I can't put up with to play the amazing Dwarven race.

 

Planning on having Varric with him a good chunk of the time, and hopefully that Dwarven scout from the demo gets some nice content, more Dwarves can only lead to a better game.

Still deciding between an elven mage and a dwarven rogue for my first playthrough. Dwarves are my favorite race by far, but mages are by far my favorite class. And I love elves too (although I'd prefer city elves over the dalish).

 

I'm 99% sure I'll play as a male first and I like how female elves look better than male elves, so for that reason I think I'm gonna leave a female elf mage for my second playthrough.

Dwarves are the most badass race ever. So excited to play as one again. ^o^

 

Also really excited for other dwarf characters. I don't like Varric tbh so I hope there are other major dwarf characters that I can love.

I plan to replay DA:O and DA2 I think my DA:O Warden will be a dwarf, the inquisitor will be what i have always wanted to be in DA games Dalish Mage

It is sad that there is not a lot of love for the dwarfs so I made one myself! Also...why has there never been a dwarf LI? it's a total outrage... I mean the only dwarf I find attractive is Varric...but it's clear that's never going to happen... >_<

Dwarves are my favorite race and my first play through is going to be a dwarf rogue! When I thought we had to play humans only I was set on playing a Mage because I figured I need to give them more of a chance....

Heard about dwarves and nope. Dwarf first.

When I played as my Casteless dwarf it quickly became one of, if not my favorite playthrough of DAO (see icon ;D). I had so much fun, and it's funny because I was avoiding playing as one for a while because I thought elves were cooler. Go dwarves!

 

I can't wait to play as a female dwarf badass in DAI, and it looks like you can make really cool dwarves if we go by the looks of our Scout leader from the demo

I really want to play as a dwarf, but it depends on the availability of Cassandra as a romance option. Still, I hope my Noble Dwarven Hero of Ferelden gets a reference in Inquisition

I know he's far from a full fledged love interest and you can't even end up with him but I found Gorim and lady Aeducan's love story really beautiful (in a super tragic way) and well written.  I would like a dwarf romance similar to theirs because it was so good.

I've restarded DAO not too long ago with a female Aeduca. I love the girl!

one of my most loved characters (after my CE girl) is a castless male dwarf.

I'm quite sad this time we don't have (again!) any dwarf LI. is a little upsetting we have first a qunari romance than a dwarf LI...

 

sigh...I like the awkard "strange couple" feeling of seeing a dwarf with a human or elf (or qunari! I'll probably romance IB with a dwarf lady as soon as possible after my firt run with a female elf) but I would have liked this time a more "normal looking" couple.

 

I hope there are great dwarf characters to compensate. Dagna and Varric are a great start, even better if they end up together (sorry, I have little sympathy for Bianca)

I want the option to pick Varric up and throw him into a horde of enemies in which he begins to kill them all.
