The after game stuff is pretty much what I expected, to be honest, and why I just do stuff before the end. Sure there might be some new quests, but without character interactions... meh. Maybe with DLC later? Dunno, not really a big deal to me. I still have a lot I haven't explored yet.
Going for a Dorn replay finally and will do more exploring and quests now. Remade him last night and he looks pretty good... until I noticed I left him with the default preset eyelashes, and they're longer than the ones I had before. It doesn't look bad, but I'm not used to it so it's bugging me... I'm trying to decide whether it bugs me enough to go back on the hour it took to remake him and the two hours I've already played.
Also, re:lack of dwarf content... While I can understand wanting more (and I do!), it's not really an issue for me when playing a dwarf. Like... I expect things to be more human centric when playing through regions like Orlais. I'm actually surprised we got the amount of Dalish and dwarven ruins that we did. And while I've replayed all the way through as a qunari and am halfway through an elf and human plays... Dorn fits the most for me, personally. Perhaps partly because I just like playing him the most and I'm a sucker for Cass' romance, but... I dunno, the fact a dwarf is more distanced from the Chantry culturally actually makes it work better for me, since I like the approach of, "I have no freaking clue if I'm a Herald of anything, but if it makes you hope, sure go for it" to being a sort of religious icon and it just flows best with a dwarf for me.
... Plus I'm fairly short in real life and everyone looking slightly down to talk to me and Dorn looking slightly up feels closest to what I'm used to in real life. People talking to my PC on eye level or up higher is kind of weird for me.
