I've decided, after intense internal debate, that dwarves are superior to qunari.  This means Dwarves are indeed the master race of Thedas and thus should be given my full support.

 

...So how are you guys?  Planning on creating a Sword n' Board Male Dwarf.  As for the Mage-Templar conflict...I don't know.  I'll probably pick based on what I didn't pick my first play through.  

Yeah I have several Dwarf Inquisitors planned oh their are so many here are 2 of mine.

I have plans to play all races, specs and mix up the genders in at least two world states.^^  And for the first time in a DA game, I plan on playing a dwarf.

 

Not sure if I'll be playing a male dwarf but I'm going to definitely create a female rogue daggers dwarf.

I'd probably play a dwarf rogue, bow and tempest. And thats the extent I have considered.

Could be a male and romance Cassandra or female and romance either sera or Blackwall.

I'm really concentrating on my first playthrough for now, because the game is 200+hours! And besides I just want to take in that feeling of playing a dwarf after four-year. I'm hoping to learn more about the lore of the dwarves, and plan on writing fanfic about my dwarf insiquistor. Oh and I'll be playing a Tempest bow user with a British accent just to be different!

I'm going for two handed male warrior and I'm torn between templar and reaver though I'm leaning on Templar since it would probably have more special interaction then a reaver would I'd imagine .

Totally would rather Sigrun be a romanceable Inquisition character though.

Shale's not in the game, unfortunately. Pity, because that would be an amazing interaction.

My favorite dwarven NPCs (non companion) are Gorim, Dagna, and Sandal.

Don't make me pick between Sigrun and Varric, I CANT.

I'm pretty sure Shale was confirmed as a no-show. But I would like the connection between Dwarfquisitor, Shale, and the Arlathan elves to be mentioned.

Aww, really? I hadn't heard… I was really hoping with the name Cadash we'd hear something from Shale. 

I think my favorite Dwarf NPC was Varric, but Sigrun, Brother Burkel, and Dagna were pretty awesome, too.

I know Oghren was an axe-wielding drunken dwarf cliché, but he was still one of my favorite NPCs because I thought he was insanely entertaining.

Shale is at the top of my list (one of my favorite NPCs in DA), followed by Varrick, then Sigrun and Dagna in a close tie. And I have to admit when I played a DC, I rather liked Bhelen because he was so nice to my sister.

Ditto on Bhelen, aka the scariest brother-in-law ever. On the one hand, horror. On the other hand... "Rica's happy. Don't you dare ruin this for her."

Ahh, Brosca's relationship with Bhelen has so much potential. I think about it way too much.

Of course, you have the opposite reaction as a DN (though I actually was very suspicious of Harrowmont too). The fact Bhelen hadn't arranged an accident for Rica's mother said a lot about how fond he was of Rica (though didn't say a lot for his common sense).

 

Was I the only one who had fun putting Alistair on the throne with a DC as his mistress because that would mean two different kings had a Brosca sister as a mistress? After all, that's a pretty honorable position for a dwarf, and a lot of political influence for one family of former casteless.

I don't blame you for being suspicious of Harrowmont. Hell, if I were the DN I'd be suspicious of EVERYONE.

If my Brosca had crowned Alistair, I totally would have because I do like that parallel.

I can't explain why, but I always liked Loilinar, the guy who was giving Oghren a hard time when he was first introduced in DA:O.  He is tied with Rogek, but that one is easy to explain: he made my Warden filthy rich!

Sadly, it's as close to a romance with Varric as a female dwarf is going to get, too.

I like Varric(second favorite person in series, he lost first place when I met Cole.) Sigrun is awesome, but I hate that she tries so hard to died all the time, and Sandal is cool, because he is so mysterious. Then my crushing pigeon Shale is always a joy to be around! I always like going back to Orzammar to be with my nephew and sister, and bring my lovely Leliana with me. I wonder how it felt for Leliana to be in Orzammar for the short time she was there. Also I'm eager to meet my half-dwarf child with Morrigan!!!
