If what Kieran said was something big, every player would had heard something about it. Nice theories, TEWR.

The only reference to them is from Kieran. As I remember, Cadash says "Damn. you got me. I was trying so hard to be taller" when Kieran notices he's a Dwarf, and Kieran just goes "But you can't be taller. Not without the Titans."
And sadly that's it.
While I'm curious what the Titans are, I admit I'm also very peeved that something new and very much a type of revelation is put into a single throwaway line and not even given a little bit more substance.
Keeping things mysterious and interesting is one thing, but this isn't that. It's just.... I dunno. Cheap, I suppose.
I had the impression Solas also mentioned them or that they appeared in the codexes somehow. I agree, if a line by Kieran that you may or may not hear is the only reference, that's carrying things a bit far (unless this is the first hint of something a couple of games away still). I just wondered if there might be a bit of a parallel to the Dalish Creators and the humans' Old Gods (locked up, put to sleep, etc.)

Where can I get schematics for carta armour?
Far as I can tell it's a random world drop. Here's a thread that specifically discusses where people found the drop:

I'm back my fellow dwarf lovers! I've been away for quite sometime. Work, school and various nonsense, BUT better late than never, yes? So is it going with your dwarf inquisitors? I had to start over mine because the files got corrupted some how. Anywho....

When Kieran talked about the "Titans" I immediately thought of these Titans

Scary thought.....

For me, Titans would either be referring to our Golems or possibly Magister style beings from when Dwarves possessed magic.
The real kicker to that revelation though, is this, Kieran as a vessel for an Old Gold soul knows something of Dwarves pre-dating their current belief system. So that would suggest a history between Old Gods before their imprisonment and Dwarves, after all the Old Gods were only able to make contact with humanity through the fade and with Dwarves cut off from it, no information regarding them would of made their way to the Olds Gods while locked beneath the Earth.

Given the technological prowess of the Dwarves, perhaps 'titan' refers to some - hitherto unseen - mechanical marvel. How cool would that be?!

I am wondering what happen that lead to the dwarves being cut off from the fade? Did the dwarves of that time do something so bad that the "maker" or whoever cut them off as punishment? (sorta like the krogan in ME with being sterilized) Or maybe some "powerful being" wanted something from them or did something to them that that "being" needed to cut them off from the fade to cover up what they were doing or did?
As for the Titians, could they be some sort of construct that the dwarves could get into? (kinda like iron man) or are they more similar to the Golems? I remember cole making a comment about titians but I cant remember what or find it on the internet.

So I decided to restart Skraal as Champion didn't really add anything to my playstyle and instead just made him a no risk whirl-winding death machine. I had previously forayed into a rogue but couldn't decide on a specialisation for him so I canned that version. After playing around with Sera/Varric/Cole I am enjoying assassin so I'll be taking the new Skraal down that path. While rebuilding him I was wondering if changes should be made, mainly with his hair. I like the hair at times but it is a mullet after all. So I was contemplating this new look. This is actually the look I sport myself so I am fairly partial to it.
Any thoughts? For comparison here he is with his old hair.
And if anyone is curious what he looks like without the beard. Here you go.
Edit: Was organising photobucket folders and made images vanish. Go me!

He looks great Zetrial! I am partial to the widow's peak shaved head look, since my guy is rockin' it.

As am I, I am fairly disappointed in the hair selection all around. Clipping, gaps or horrible style generally. At least with a shaved scalp that isn't an issue. Would it seriously have killed them to give us hair like Duncan, Anders or even Ohgren had?

Yeah, having the beard and the hair line up or look decent together can be a real challenge. Even the shaved head look isn't as great as it could be. I wish some blending of the edges of the beard and sideburn was possible.

Definitely agree with that, it's why I can't play a human, any face shape I like and create clips with all the hair styles and with beards... I know beards are awesome and all that but floating and defying the laws of physics is a bit beyond them... for the moment.
On a side note, why was I stupid enough to start organising folders on my photobucket >.>.

I ended up with stubble for my human Inquisitor. I didn't want a longer thick beard for him, but neither did I really want stubble. I really wish that they had something in between stubble and the current beards. Something like a closely clipped and maintained style. Like 2 to 3 - weeks-worth of facial hair growth. That would have been ideal for me.

Oh the beard isn't going anywhere. Beard is life! Just the mullet most probably once I finish fixing all the image links after I organised and moved everything *shoots self*

Blackwall without his beard, the under stubble they gave him would of been perfect. http://biofanofficia...d-comes-off-and

Dwarf fans, would you share your best dwarf picture here? I want to make something, so please try to include your character face.
Do they have to be large and/or hq? Because mine aren't.

Well I don't really have a 'best' picture', just pictures where Fjalar looks a little less derpy than usual, I hope they'll do. ![]()

Bonus: Very derpy face!
