Hmmm, I think Sera would be the person she could relate to the most and feel the most comfortable around, what with Dacey being casteless and Sera being a commoner, so it's definitely a good start. Both work in criminal organizations and care about the little people, and could hold hands in Val Royeaux and sneer at all the nobles who give them looks. She also shares Sera's love of pranks and would find Sera's immaturity and humour to be refreshing; she doesn't have to be "The Inquisitor" around Sera, she can just relax and be Inky.
Aaaand Dacey's got a bit of an elf fetish
she's got a human mentality of thinking they're hotter than the sun. She spends more time staring at Solas with her mouth agape and her eyes as wide as saucers than actually listening to his Fade this, Fade that nonsense.

Mama Cadash may have had a dwarven ale too many during her pregnancy.
Yea that does make sense. Coming from the "little" people to do something bigger than themselves. I play my character that jokes around sometimes, but knows when to be serious. I could see your character and Sera running around making fun of nobles and pulling pranks. I wish sometimes they would had let us be more of a person than this chosen figure. I told Varric that I can't be bigger then myself, so I'm glad I was able to express that.
One good thing is when people think of dwarves, they will say messiah.
PS: I think all the Mama Cadash will be drinking extra heavily these days!
