I am actually replaying the games again as Dwarfs of Course to help pass the time until DAI comes out and to refresh myself on my choices in game for the Keep.

The one thing that I kind of wish was allowed in origins/inquistor was a dwarf romance. There is the suggestion of a romance with Gorim if you are a dwarven princess, but that is just hinted at. No other race lacks a romancable character.
But I like the dwarves in Dragon Age, so here is hoping for more cool dwarves.
Actually, the male dwarf noble could spend the night with one or both noble hunters. And the female dwarf commoner had the option to hint at a romance with Leske.
But yes, I look forward to a dwarf as a real LI in the future. I'm already hoping Harding reappears as a companion/LI in the next game, I like her personality in that one gameplay clip.

It could be interesting to see that child pop back up in a future game (I'm assuming he's a bit young during DAI). If the DN really was made a paragon, that child would be part of his house (and heir if the DN took the US). And since they never mention Harrowmont having an heir, the child could potentially be a candidate for the throne in Orzammar when he dies. That assumes you didn't put Bhelan on the throne, then his son with Rica would be heir, if he doesn't have a noble wife who had children. I don't think they've mentioned whether children by the legal wife take precedence, but presumably, they would have support from the mother's family and their allies in the Assembly where Rica's son wouldn't.

It's a little upsetting that we're not returning to Orzammar; it's always been my favorite arc in Origins, and the one where our choices likely had the most impact. Seeing what the place is like ten years in to a Bhelen-ruled dictatorship or Harrowmont's golem-enforced state would be super interesting.

I would design a female surface dwarf who is more in line with Zsa Zsa Gabor, simply because we've never EVER seen anything like that be done by any game that has included Dwarven Women.

Alright, lol, I think if they were female I would like an Utha-ish character. Someone kind and compassionate who can also kick serious booty - I think it'd be cool to see some dwarven martial arts!
On the guy side, I think an intellectual dwarf would be a nice change. I mean you've got Oghren the physical guy and Varric the social guy, so I think a dwarf dude who is fascinated by dwarven history and eager to learn about the surface world would be interesting.

Hawke was hanging out in the Blooming Rose today (for science) and Denier the dwarf has some idle chatter with one of the other male prostitues:
Dude: "Templars for you all day, is it?"
Denier: "They love dwarves. I don't ask why. Probably don't want to know. At least they tip well."
