I'm hoping to stretch out the awesomeness of my dwarf inquisitor until DLC comes out. 

 

I can't make any more inquisitors b/c of the save limit.

I'm guessing Endrin would almost have to be a dwarf (on horsemaster Dennet's farm in the Hinterlands...)

 

Probably a dwarf since we know that there's apparently some dwarves already living in the Hinterlands, such as Harding's family?

 

Kinda makes you wonder who this Endrin might be? Either there are a ton of Endrin's named after the deceased King of Orzammar, Bhelen's son who was exiled by Harrowmont along with his Casteless mother, or Aeducan's son (who can have the same name), having been exiled with Mardy to the surface by Bhelen to remove any question of succession, or chose to come to the surface to either make a new life for themselves and/or attempt to bank on the accolades his father won as the Hero of Ferelden?

 Yea! It would be cool to see the traditional dwarves' perspective on Cadash! Maybe run into some other members of Cadash's crew while there.

 

I would also like to see some more missions for Adaar(qunari.) I can't believe how much I actually love my Adaar, which has me looking up qunari fan art/lore now!

I think in DA4 my main protoganist will be a dwarf if there is a playble race... especially female ones, goodnes the American voice acting was made for Dwarves in DAI...

I haven't gotten a chance to play Adaar yet. I definitely plan on playing at least one, maybe two.

Derhi Brosca. In my canon she shows up later, and she's part of Hella Cadash's canon, but I mean, there are limits to what I can expect to mod in so I'm just playing her as a Cadash Quizzie.

I was going to say it can't be Bhelen's son, but I just realized Zhenya's WS has my Aeducan warden, who put Harrowmont on the throne (the only one I did.) But he would only be about 10 during DAI, so I still don't think this was him. And I'm pretty certain I got this letter on other PTs since it sends me to a spot where the possessed wolves are. But I'd guess it may have been a popular name because of Endrin.

One of my characters had a son, I want to know what happened to him, if I remember well he was adopted by Bhelen.

Well that would concern the warden more than the inquisitor. (Unless it's Kieran)

Just popping in to apologize that I've been so scarce; I started a new job the beginning of February and it has an absurd amount of training and studying that my continued employment there is contingent on, so... Between now and April at least, I'll probably continue to be very scarce on the forums. I'm sure I'll reappear more when new DLC and such is out, but if I'm still in the core of my training, may be few and far between.

Yup! Cheat Engine to add it to the inventory and change the level.(I just changed her level because it was easier but I think you can change level restrictions through it too)

No older then 12, in my opinion. Maybe 13. He'll be working to establish his own brand of glory for the Aeducan name soon enough. Just another year and he'll earn battle status. Perhaps he'll fight alongside his cousin, little Trian .

 

EDIT: assuming the two children didn't pull a Seweryn that is!

Glorious! Wish we could meet him (or them! in the case of the DN's kid). Wish we could've seen some little dwarflets at all (as Isabela calls them ) in DAO...

In other news, I just got done reading a Morrigan x Brosca fic (!!) and mY LOVE FOR THIS ORIGIN ECLIPSES THE SUUUUUUN.

Not sure this has been discussed or not, but I have a question.

 

If we are fortunate enough to not only have a choice of what race to play again in the next Dragon Age game and also have a dwarf LI. Should the dwarf LI be race restricted to just dwarf players or should the other races be able to enjoy the glory of the dwarf?

I think I'd rather everyone get a shot at the dwarf. Making them race-restricted just reinforces the idea that dwarves are undesirable to anyone but other dwarves, which I vehemently disagree with.

I hope available to all, because I would want my Qunari to be with that dwarf, but only if they fit into my role play.

Agreed, all should sample the greatness of dwarves. 

 

I'm hoping we get two dwarf companions in the next game. I'd gladly trade an extra dwarf for only one elf companion or one less human companion.

Well, I'm of two minds on that. One, I think the dwarf romance should be available to everyone. Some people really just like playing as humans and likely would be fine romancing a dwarf instead of being forced to play a dwarf. Two, race-gating a dwarf romance would provide some insulation from the complaints that a romance slot is "wasted" on a dwarf. Solas is seen as a bonus romance for elves, not a net negative. I don't know if that analogy makes sense.

 

I never did find out why Solas was elf-only though. I assumed it was because elves didn't want to be bred out by mating outside of their races?

...which is why he shouldn't have been racegated, imo, because that would make it really interesting.

I haven't and won't! I just don't have a lot of time to keep track of the topics here since a lot of my off time is spent studying the truckload of data for my job and then decompressing with some sketching or a game. Not a lot of time for forum reading at present. I do post on tumblr, mostly art reblogs though, but if anyone wants to keep up with me there, I check it regular and my page is here.
