i m the only pne who feel that the cadash comunity make more female dwarfs than male one ?
I think they make female cause they are cute ... being short with being a female give a cute aspect and good romance with bull or blackwall
but what about the male dwarfs guys ?

Just got Pillars of Eternity, guys. I was thinking about being a Paladin slave Boreal Dwarf or Wild Orlan.

My canon is a female dwarf but I have a male one too.
Cespar, I'm going to a convention this weekend, so I'm going to start PoE next week, but im excited! Haven't picked what I'm gonna play yet though.

Hard to say. Depends on where you're looking? It seems even to me in this thread. On tumblr, I tend to find more female Cadashes in commissioned artworks and fanfics, but probably equal amounts of both in screenshots. The Blackwall thread is very welcoming of dwarf romances (and qunaris, too, since they are effectively dating a shorter man for all intents and purposes) so it's easier to talk about the pairing. Not all LI threads share the dwarf enthusiasm so mileages will vary on the participation. I have not looked around on Deviant Art or EO3 (or is it AO3?) so can't gauge the ratios there.

Ooo, don't forget to come here and tell us!
Funny, you can play as a tall dwarf on there. I'm just waiting for the game to download, which is taking forever. So until then, Inquisition time.

Flint pic, just because I'm plodding along with my playthrough.

Last I played was about 3 days ago and I stopped after doing Champions of the Just (since I spent Tuesday on Bloodborne and yesterday on Life is Strange).

I forgot I said on tumblr that Vaida Cadash would probably romance Blackwall. Seems like I'll do a full fem!Cadash playthrough after all.
In my canon Vaida comes to check up on her little brother Nasir. Kinda wish I could do a commission so I could get all the Cadash siblings in one pic. Vaida, Viktor, Soren, Nasir, and the fifth one.

Oh, hey, if you two are recruiting Blackwall right now-ish, you still have time to load up an earlier save to talk to a farmer about Blackwall. Three games and I never knew about him -- he will only talk about Blackwall if the Lone Warden quest is active in your log, but once you recruit Blackwall, the option to talk to the farmer disappears.
Here's the video for it if you'd rather just watch it instead:

Someone (I apologize, but I can't remember who did Dwarves of Inquisition right now?) did a montage of the favorite dwarven IQs of each of the regulars a while back, and there were 8 men and 4 women. I don't think being short makes them cute (I like them because I felt the dwarves had the most bad**s women in DAO myself) and the IB and Blackwall romances are definitely not pluses for some of us. I would adore a dwarf-dwarf romance myself. However, some of the people who played male dwarves have moved on from DAI, I think, and I think several of us who are still around have played or will play both male and female dwarves.

That's a cool conversation, thanks! Changes my view on him a little. I've always gone directly to the camp nearest where he is as soon as I got the quest, so I never got that.

Oh Vaida and the rest aren't going to be Inquisitors in my official canon lol. Just run of the mill Cadashes that pop up in Nasir's journey.
What I mean is that Nasir is the one who gets the Mark, while my Lavellan, Trevelyans, and Adaar are recruited (but are mark-less) into the Inquisition. Additionally, my Wardens from Origins are prominent, as are the Fereldan Wardens, and end up joining the Inquisition.
But Vaida Cadash, Viktor Cadash, Soren Cadash, and Unnamed Cadash are Nasir's siblings who were still in the Free Marches when everything went to **** at Haven. Eventually, they pop in and visit their younger sibling at Skyhold. Just a family visit, they're not going to stick around that much (well, Vaida will, but only because she's climbing the Blackwall).

I'm thinking about buying the game ; what is the minimal configuration for running it?

I missed the montage; could someone link it to me? Pretty please with ice suggar and a cherry on the top? ![]()

I'm playing Pillars of Eternity, too! Here is a picture of my Godlike dwarf. (I mean, obviously all dwarves are godlike, but this one especially so ...)
So adorable. I'm so glad they let you play a Godlike born of any race - when I thought we were going to be stuck with human-spawned Godlike only, I was horribly torn about what to play first. Now I don't have to choose.

Here's my wild Orlan…. he's as small as a dwarf! ![]()
He respect everyone, despite being a slave, but the dwarves has always tried to help him get free. He would decline all the time, because it wouldn't be right to leave his owners.

Question: Has anyone here kept Loghain alive as a Warden in DA:O? A part of me wants to but another part is like "I'll carry my shield just in case he turns" kinda feeling haha Might do it just to see what the story is like y'know?

I'll always pick Loghain over Alistair, because Loghain is what ferelden needs in a hero/warden. I'll always pick Hawke, because I've played with him.
TEWR, your head canon is quite confusing, but I know not to dig into people's head canon.

This is a nifty resource for entering the name of a game and it'll check to see if your computer can handle minimum specs to run a game. (I had a shock when I saw I wouldn't be able to run DA:I and it let me know which parts needed to be upgraded.)

I have one playthrough (out of 3 world states) where Loghain stayed alive as a warden in DAO. I have not yet imported that into DAI though, but when I do, it's my intention to keep him alive. He's such a rare character to have that I want to preserve him as much as I can. I don't actually have Alistair as a warden so I'd need to create a 4th world state for that, but he's such a popular character that it's easier for me to just watch youtube videos and see what he is like in that role.
