My dwarf legionnaire scored the final hit on a dragon in multiplayer! I want more!

I usually make the LI and my PC match. Otherwise, the warriors match, rogues match, and mages match colors.

The squad color: Blue and red.
Spoiler
Do you guys have everyone matching or just what you like them in??
I have my male Adaar's team all rocking a nice red and black look.
Bloodstone or Obsidian were used on the actual armoured sections, Dragonling Scale was used on the Leather, with Lustrous Cotton and/or Darkened Samite to provide whatever highlights were needed.
I like to imagine that the reason they get to use different colours is so that the Inquisition forces can easily spot them on the battlefield, as well as intidimate and off-balance their enemies, as they'd also recognise that the elite squad of the Inquisitor has just shown up and kicked down their door.
Also reminds me of the Colossus Armour in the first Mass Effect, having the entire squad in that armour (if you could find the pieces) looked great.

This is what I do as well. Except for the love LI part. Josie-Baby seems allergic to battle armor (she's kind of a weirdo).

Occasionally I make someone match someone, but mostly, I try to find the best colors for that person and armor combination Your party looks very sharp in the matching blue and red, though.

@Cespar -- Halamshiral is the one place where I really went out of my way to color coordinate with the LI because it's the classy fairytale moment and we might not get another scene like this in future games since it's already been done, y'know? I like the color scheme you've picked for you and Cassandra.

Oh, I forgot to share this earlier. I checked out the two new thrones -- Ferelden and Kirkwall. The Kirkwall one is magnificent. It was an odd moment though, especially trying it out with my dwarf inquisitor. See, there were no dwarven females in DA2 at all. I didn't mind playing as a human protagonist, but I was surprised at how little we heard about dwarves. Barely any news about Orzammar other than a couple gossips, we had to find out the hard way that Varric wasn't an actual LI, and then no dwarven females models after they had unveiled all the racial re-designs prior to release. I wasn't shake-my-fist angry, but my interest in the series quietly ended. I had unsubscribed to their FB page, stopped visiting the forums, and basically moved on. I didn't even read articles about DAI until a friend contacted me and gave me the heads up that dwarves were going to be playable again. That brought me back. (Female dwarves were the original reason why I even tried out DAO.)
So the Kirkwall throne is an interesting symbol. It reminds me of what was lost and found again.

I hope we get more scenes like this. You don't often see things like this in video games. Thank you! I love your black! I was going to go blue and black, but I like how red and blue fit together.

Yea that was kind of a bummer when we had to play the human only character, but I believe the story was stronger because of the one race-based game, and I really love Hawke, but Cadash does something different for me than Hawke did. I really hope they release a personal story DLC for the inquisitor, so he/she can be more than just a "savior" figure. I hope they don't take away the races again, but figure out a way to improve each race role in the story.
Reaction order in Inquisition:
Mages->Elf->Qunari->Dwarf->Human.

I'm seeing bits and pieces of dwarven lore from the WoT 2 being posted, for those who are interested. I need to wait at least another week to get it just to make sure I don't get sucked in.

Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying it. It doesn't get a fraction of the hits of my Cullen story (even without an obvious romance,) but I'm determined to keep at least something dwarf related out there. ![]()

Shaper.
We have been given great insight into elven and qunari philosophy, lore etc. For a race that has been apart of the franchise since the beginning, i feel dwarves need alot more 'love'
Given what dagna can do with lyrium and runes, im sure a shaper would be a very fun character to play as.

I love this, but I would switch Morrigan for Leliana
. I get all warm and fuzzy inside, when Leliana mentions Brosca. He would love the way she turned out in Inquisition, because he came from a tough life, so he wanted Leliana to not be so welcoming and trust so easily. Too bad that Cadash didn't feel the same way that Brosca did, and helped Leliana be more soft and understanding of people. ![]()
In DA4, if we get to play a Kal-Sharok dwarf, I'll play him more of a "traditional" dwarf.

BUT out of curiosity, how do the romance scenes work? Especially if the two characters are standing up.

Haha! I love Leliana x Brosca, too. Though, my guy softened her. (He needs to believe that people can change if they want to.
My dwarf is going to be a straight up jerk, so I don't think I should pair him up with anybody.

LOL. For the most part, you just magically grow for the duration of the scene. Unless you're smooching Bull, in which case you stand on a barrel.
