I think they'll be OK with a surfacer - if you recall DAO, they treated both an Aeducan exile and a Brosca fairly well (though admittedly they were Grey Wardens which puts them in a somewhat different category.) Still, I think the Legion would respect what the Inquisition did in stopping Cory.

 

I'm wondering about the group in armor with blue lights/crystals - they don't quite look like dwarves or darkspawn. But wasn't there something at the end of DAO about the Legion pushing back the darkspawn and retaking some thaig or other?

Aeducan and Brosca was never surfacers to begin with. The Legion will be quite aware of the Last name "Cadash," unless they pull a Dalish inquisitor on Mythal.   But, like you said, the Legions respect Grey Wardens, no matter who they are. I'm hoping we can offer aid to the Legions after this DLC is over with. 

 

I need to re-watch the video again, which would be the 6th time. That only happens if you put Anora on the Throne.

Cadash will be taking Cole, Bull, and Dorian or Solas.

My other folks will get pre-Revelations Blackwall and Varric into the mix on their runs.

Fjal' will take Cass, Varric and either Dorian or Vivienne with him. While it could be considered a terrible mistake to bring the Most Holy into a hole filled with the Blight and darkspawns and other things that are only planning on eating you, Dorian tends to be very....squishy against enemies at high levels.

Sigrun wouldn't be caught with a shield. I think maybe they could be in the same squad with Sigrun. I don't think she lost all of her fellow Legions.

Psh! Cassandra can take care of her self. I just hope Vivienne doesn't step in anything. That would be a fashion crisis itself. I hope Bioware added banter with the new dwarves. Kind of like they did with Gatt.

Now, I just need to play some more of my Orion Cadash playthru. He will be the first to try this DLC, but I still got a way to go before getting to Skyhold. Should be a fun week. 

 

And I'm leaning towards now Cassandra (LI), Iron Bull, and either Dorian or Solas. I think Dorian could have some interesting insight. He does seem to have the most to say about the darkspawn and its history to Tevinter as well as some of the more unique comments about a dwarf inquisitor.

Oh what a surprise, I'm out of likes. The female dwarf doesn't have any marks on her face, unlike the male dwarf. She could be a surfacer or noble, hmmm.

Do you guys think we got a glimpse of kal shirok dwarves in the trailer at the 1:12 mark. They're dressed in badass armor and their eyes look to be milky white. Maybe genlocks? But they don't look like the other genlocks shown in the trailer.

Considering the next scene is the team and the guys rushing at each others for fighting, I really hope they are not kal-sharok dwarves.

1) The Emissary might be The Architect or another one of the original Tevinter magisters who entered the Fade physically.

 

2) They look like Kal Sharok Dwarves. The look match the in game description we have of them,

 

3) That looks like Cadash Thaig, where some of the Elves who were fleeing from Tevinter sought refuge.

Mmm, I think maybe those could be Kal Shirok dwarves. I've been scratching my head, trying to decide what they might be since we saw them. And yeah, it makes some sense that we might have to fight some - they were quite honked off about Orzammar if I recall, and even their brief contact in Inquisition, you had to react exactly right to their offer. In fact, if they are from Kal Shirok, maybe what happens in that scene depends on whether you followed instructions earlier?
