my grievance with the addition of having the option to choose our response is that you have to pause the screen if you're considering. Take too long and the game assumes you're going to be silent. Silence is a great option, don't get me wrong. I just wish it was something I could pick rather then have the game pick for me.

 

Because I missed Varric's "so fellow surface dwarf, you in the carta" options during the prologue. And that pissed me off because I was about to pick a reply when it just took me as being silent.

Make sure you keep him around, and he will sometimes have dwarven related banter with you. Plus who wouldn't bring Varric along!!? I just don't like the fact that Varric can't be best friends with the Inquisitor like Hawke. Well I haven't got to the end of the game yet, so I will hold off a little longer to see just what become of us. Ces keeps Cole close anyway, and I like how our relationship has developed. 

 

Varric will never leave my party! Dwarves stick together! I'm still in Haven, so I haven't started anything yet :L Been gathering resources in Haven haha

Which is why I made him a rival with my Canon Hawke, so Ces could play that role. Cespar said things to Varric that would make them out to be really good friends, but I think Varric see the inquisitor as a boss. I'll miss Varric in DA4, but hopefully we get some great story DLC's. I feel myself drawing closer to the end of the game, and I know I won't be able to make another dwarf as good as Cespar . 

 

Speaking of DA4, I hope we get two dwarves party member in that game. I can dream, right? Lol Awakening had two dwarves!

I could have understood them withholding him as a romance if they were getting them back together. But yeah, their reasons are...hard to make logical sense out of.

 

I dunno about that, seems pretty clear to me that they have a sort of affair and he's very obviously still in love with her, he just can't exactly have her. He's unable to let go. I'd say for all intents and purposes, he's effectively taken.

 

On another note, I finished my qunari play, so now I'm going back and recording romance scenes between my Dorn and Cassandra. I'll even be re-uploading the romance scene I had earlier, just in higher quality. It will take some time as the files are huge, but I'll post them up as each finishes. In the meantime, I'm working on some Dorn Cadash fan art and here are a few more screenshots for you guys to enjoy:

mmos I am like what evs I can always change the hair later, and most mmos don't have as detailed a character creator so its harder to mess up.

Not Elder Scrolls Online lol. I would watch you play on steam, lol. If only we were at the exact same location in the game.
