Ok, I've checked Sera's romance - at least it's beginning. And I'll pass.

 

I'm sure there are people for whom Sera will be a fantastic LI - but I'm not one of them. I want a mature and a serious relationship for Merry. And it's clear to me now I won't get it from Sera. 

 

Also [kiss me] scene looks horribly wrong (probably due to height difference). It's just creepy.

 

Conratulations Blackwall - you won Merry's heart. 

 

Edit: Also since I'm not feeling obligated to take Sera everywhere with me anymore - Varric and Cole (who is more interesting character then I expected - I kind of like him) will accompany me more.   

You've made the right decision with Cole. I'm proud of you.

Bless the bloody Maker! Went to craft some weapons for Borrz and had another power cut (crap weather in Wales) and while saving, my ps4 well got disconnected and an error report was sent. Start everything back up and my save file is corrupt some how! My Borrz and Iggie :'( New start tomorrow then Least I can make Iggie in 2/3 mins....ugh, are us Dwarves cursed or something

I spent a long, long time in the Hinterlands with Varric, Cassandra, and Solas. Varric is permanent in my group, especially on first playthroughs. I'm just not going anywhere without him, period. So I replaced the other two with Blackwall and Vivienne. Their conversations are not fun. I keep hanging in there because I don't know if they'll turn a corner like Aveline and Isabella did in DA2 where they snarked at the onset and then became BFFs or something.

Supposedly, Varric, Iron Bull, and Sera makes for a fun team. And Dorian, Sera, and Iron Bull. I had Cole, Varric, and Vivienne on my first play-through. Cole was trying to be Vivienne friend, but she always tried to talk him into going back into the fade. Varric tried to help Cole with jokes. Cole's jokes were a little dry in the banter, but it was funny because he was trying. Varric and Vivienne got along   great.

Yes! This go around I will have Cass, Sera, and Iron Bull/Dorian. I don't know yet lol.

I had Cass, Vivi, and Sera.

 

Romanced Sera and was really happy with it. It was sometimes frustrating I had to remind my companions exactly where I am from. Being part of the carta was very neat. I enjoyed it a lot.

It may depend some on difficulty and play style, but they've supposedly built the classes and specialties so that if you plan them right, you could omit any one of the classes completely. I think I've seen several PTs being done with two rogues, not sure if I've seen two archers specifically, though.

That's good since I think, based on what Chibi described, team YOLO is the perfect group to have with Zhenya when I create her. Since Zhenya will be romancing Sera, I'll have the bonus of listening to IB and Dorian's relationship develop

Just heard that there is a dwarf only Legion of the Dead armor set in Inquisition.

 

Did anybody find it yet and could provide some screenshots? If it looks as awesome as in DAO it will be a must have for Thoryn!

It looks the exact same from Origins. Only warriors can wear it :/.

Shouldn't Silverite fix that problem? AFAIK it removes class restriction on armor.

 

Edit: Or is it an actual armor and no schematic? In that case... no problem for my dwarf but meh for all the non warrior dwarfs out there :-/
