Oh, I guess I forgot to mention that. Her partner had a nasty respiratory bug that hadn't cleared up in time for Thanksgiving, and they didn't want to gift me with it, so they put off coming til next weekend. Which, in the greater scheme of things is a good idea (besides, they would both have been too tired to enjoy the visit). If all goes well, I'll be able to play by next Saturday night. My other daughter has offered to let me play with the CC on her computer tomorrow while I'm home and she isn't, though, which has meant I've been working extra today so I can indulge for a few hours

Thanks, I'll try to! Her computer's set up differently from mine, and the weird heights she has things at will probably limit how long I fool with it. But I should manage to create at least one worth a screenshot even if it's for the comedy effect. 
Also....do I make a shield Maiden for the iron bull?
I'm loving nightmare with my sword and shield dwarf. Sometimes I just sit there and take in the areas. Something I didn't do in my first play-through. Also I listen to the Haven people conversation. A dwarf and a soldier was talking about the herald being a member of the carta. My Cesdric's power is too much. I'm suppose to be playing my qunari, . I'm looking forward to expansions and DLCs. I really want to go to Tevinter, and I think that is where the next game may take place. What role would a dwarf play….
Here hoping for some future dwarves major story plot.
Oh, and I could have seen Blackwall as dwarf for some reason. That would had been awesome!
So I ended up recreating my male dwarf. Fixed a few things about his face that I wasn't loving and changed his hair color from pale blonde to dark auburn (a la Richard Madden). I'm really pleased with how he came out. So this is the new and improved Graeme Cadash, good-hearted yet snarky dual wield rogue.
I think I'm going to run him through Haven, to catch up to Agathe, my sword and shield, tough-as-nails Carta enforcer. Then I'll figure out which one I want to continue with.
One the one hand: With Graeme, I can explore the rogue battle mechanics and romance Iron Bull.
On the other hand: With Agathe, I can see an alternate world-state, see how the world reacts to a female Inquisitor, and romance either Sera or Blackwall.
Decisions, decisions. First thing's first, though. Let me get Graeme to Haven and then I'll see what I decide when I come back to it after work tomorrow.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm completely torn on the romance for Agathe. It's interesting because I've only ever been in this situation once before (deciding between Leliana and Alistair for my lady Brosca). Every other playthrough I've done, it's been clear beforehand who I wanted to romance. It's kind of exciting to wait to see what's going to happen.

From what I've seen, Sera is hilarious most of the time, though I hear she has a couple of moments here and there when you want to have a discussion with her. But you may want bruise ointment (for funny reasons)

I loved my qunari playthrough. There's some qunari-specific dialogue and it's something different. I think that one of the things that brings the dwarf-lovers together is that we feel like we are supporting the underdog. The oft-forgotten race that people overlook for the 'pretty' and 'popular' ones. The qunari are similar in a way. It might be worth a single playthrough just to see it out. To be honest, my 'canon' is going to be a qunari this time. I find something fitting about the "Herald of Andraste" being a qunari mercenary.

And you know what, I'll give it a try I have Iggie in Skyhold, so I can always load between the 2 ...this may be stupid but I'm gonna roll a party that will scare the world of thedas (hopefully) Cass, Iron Bull, Azog (I couldn't think of a name for my character and I was watching the hobbit) and finally one of the mages. I'll rock with Solas until I get Dorian I think

I'd say that you should bring Vivienne as your mage. Her personality is somewhat prickly, but she's is certainly intimidating and her knight enchantment spec makes her a melee oriented boss on the combat field. She's the tankiest of the mages and had a permanent place in my 'dragon hunting' team with Iron Bull and Cole. She never fell a single time, even though both Bull and Cole fell a few times each.

What a great problem to have: I love too many of the characters! I get to choose between a gorgeous, wickedly sharp diva and Vivienne.
Ha, this is where I'm at with my male Cadash. I can't decide if he's gonna end up with Dorian or Cass! Decisions, decisions...
I suppose I'll just let it play out organically.
Dorian was an amazing romance, but Cass really won me over too. She seems like a fantastic character. I'll never actually get around to romancing her (not when Dorian's fine azz is available), but I really think she's amazing. I loved her character development and growth in this game. I think you'll do well

And my daughter apparently felt bad for me because she let me play with the CC tonight while she studied and I made it through the prologue. I used an elf warrior for my learning curve since she'll probably be the first one I create. I tried to get screenshots, but we'll have to find them later. I didn't quite get what I wanted, but I was actually rather pleased (except the eye makeup was too strong, in spite of being cautious). I was afraid I might have gone more androgynous than I wanted, but she was actually attractive and mature and just feminine enough though I doubt anyone would ever call her pretty (which is my preference). The first thing I'm going to do when I get it set up on my computer is remap the controls; they were driving me crazy

Backgorund: After rejecting the Qun, Azog sailed towards The Free Marches; hoping for a new life and a new beginning in the world of men, but with the problems that happened at Kirkwall and for the death of hundreds by his race, Azog was tortured. He saw the true evil that blinded men and for months he was cut and slashed open for fun, but one day; the gang known as Horn Breaker, ripped and removed the horns that Azog held most dearly. In that moment of pain and hate, he hated the world of men and when the Valo-kas spotted the gang; Azog was finally recruited but most importantly saved, for five years he was part of the merc company and his next mission was hired swords for the Conclave.....
Maybe Cass can slowly win Azog over and make him see that, not all humans are bad
P.S.... Such a shame, that I'll have to wait till tomorrow night to play him....gotta love the world of work!
