Depends on the day, and I like playing a variety of kits. Lately been playing a bit of vanilla human adept, melee krogan sentinel and n7 shadow.

4 Gold really dont care its with every class easy, but normaly played mostly Shadow,Flamers,or the Talon Engineer,or the Slayer.Sometimes any Asari 4 some Biotik but tech is more Badass 4 me

truth is you could become proficient in any class, but granted, you will want to choose a class you feel is appropriate.
for myself, I just love the human engineers with Combat Drone. dealing with bosses aside, the drone is great for distracting enemies and causing damage (explode option).
that said, I also have fun with adepts, the ones with Dark Channel mostly, followed by all out and partial adepts.
