In order to read these in cronical order which issues do i need to read at what points within the timeline of the games? eg: i read redemption after playing mass effect but before mass effect 2.

Issue #1 takes place a few years after FCW.
Issues #2-4 all take place during ME1.
Issues #5-6 take place before Redemption.
Issues # 7-8 take place shortly after the recovery of Shep's corpse.
Issues #9-12 are flashbacks for their respective characters, byt nominally occur in '83-84.
Issue #13 takes place in 2184.
