Has anyone else noticed in the cut scenes with him and loghain he keeps tilting his head from one side to the other? It's a bit disconcerting.

I hadn't noticed it, but his face does look pretty rodent-like. I wonder if this is deliberate?

Pretty damn fun as a City elf too. 
In my fanfic descriptive I keep having people describe him over and over as "a weasel" and frankly I think that's doing weasels everywhere an injustice!
I love his son though, his son and daughter being only good things to come out of that man, and he didn't appreciate either. Nathaniel is the companion I kept hoping would translate over to DA2 instead of Anders.

There's only one thing I like about Howe: his voice actor, Tim Curry. Talk about the perfect voice for such an evil character (Tim Curry is fabulous in general, but he plays an especially good villain.). You can't beat the sheer awesomeness of that.

There are a few like him that make listening to the dialogues in games a pure pleasure. As has been said, while he may not be in a class by himself, it sure doesn't take long to call roll....
