No Leliana, No Morrigan, and No Varric. At this point the only character I have any interest of romancing is the Iron Bull and that's only for the laughs of pairing him with a female elf or dwarf.
I know Leliana and Morrigan have history with the warden but they could have been made an option provided they were never in a relationship with the warden.
As for Varric, Its been sixteen years now since he first appeared in Kirkwall. Just put the crossbow down already and get with some bitches!
I think the other part of no Leliana and Morrigan, aside from them being previous LI's, was they wanted to create new love interests instead of just have a cast of returning characters as romances. They already have Cullen as a returning character for romance, and while I really, really wanted Varric -- I still respect the decision for them to take his story in a different direction.
Besides, I have Sera and Iron Bull, both of whom I'm really looking forward to.

Heartbroken as I am over Varric, you should really give the new characters a chance. How do you know they're not just as great as the returning ones?
My dwarf is going to console herself with Iron Bull. Fingers crossed he'll be an awesome distraction from my ongoing sad at the lack of romanceable dwarves.

I don't like any of the returning characters (who get more than a cameo), so wah. At best I am neutral toward them. Cullen turned me off when he decided to go nuts after Broken Circle (I don't care if that's been retconned). He'll have to do a lot to make me like him again. I am really looking forward to seeing what the new people are like!
Some of the new characters may grow on me but it still sucks that my returning faves have all been blocked.
