Why does Cullen have such a large fan base? He only has like 30 minutes of screen time in both games combined. I didn't even remember who Cullen was at first.

He is the douchey (yes I typed douchey, Cullen fans out there, deal with it... flame-shield engaged...) templar you see in the circle tower behind the barrier in DAO. Not sure about DA2 as I never played it. He was supposed to have a crush on the warden if the warden was a female mage.

You do realize that every companion is pretty much the same age as her?

No Leliana, No Morrigan, and No Varric. At this point the only character I have any interest of romancing is the Iron Bull and that's only for the laughs of pairing him with a female elf or dwarf.

 

I know Leliana and Morrigan have history with the warden but they could have been made an option provided they were never in a relationship with the warden.

 

 As for Varric, Its been sixteen years now since he first appeared in Kirkwall. Just put the crossbow down already and get with some bitches!

And I was hoping to romance Divine Justinia, guess sometimes we just can't always get what we want in life.

Most of the characters are about Cassandra's age in this game... just like Morrigan and Leliana, who have also aged and are probably closer to Cassandra's age than you think.

Iron Bull and Solas are also up there in age. 10 years have passed since DAO, meaning Morrigan and Leliana are also probably close to pushing 40.

disclaimer: I don't actually think of Cassandra as any of those things. I think she's going to be cool.

Most, if not all, developed countries have median ages between the late 30s and late 40s.

Morrigan is not a companion or adviser I doubt you spend enough time with her for a romance to make sense. Leliana has changed a lot in 10 years and probably isn't at a point in her life where she wants to look for romance. And Varric is unfortunately hung up on another woman/crossbow.

@Tamyn, Anders hit on Oghren in Awakening, keep them two in your party for awhile and you will see Oghren brushing Anders off of him. So, no, Anders isn't changed.
