I got whole series of DA and ME including DAI and all dlcs and all of them are digital deluxe if I can buy,but I still got about 5000 Bioware points in my account, what shall I do? Throw them into ME3 to open boxes? If you do this again, you will lose one of your most sincerely big fans.

How did you end up with 5000 BioWare points? And why did you buy them if you didn't have DLC to spend them on ...?

Anyway, there's a thread about this in the Scuttlebut forum where there were some devs yesterday. You might be better off posting there.

I haven't a clue what all this Bioware points is about. Never used them, never bothered with them. Though my account I play these games on probably would have many I don't know I have. As far as I know its 0, but that account has all BW games and DLC on it.  Maybe I should of paid more attention to them, just about like I should with Speedway points. :D  I know Gamestop sent me an email about my unspent points, not sure how high that got after several more preorders a year later is.

I will just consider I gave these money to Bio instead of EA ****! Anyway it would be the first and last time I forgive Bioware.

Bioware points were horrible and getting rid of them was great. They are looking into ways to refund the amount, but having 5k points left over was your fault.

There was not even warning in Origin that B points is useless yesterday, you said it's my fault, when you bought it let's see if you can say that.

If you really did buy them the day before the announcement, maybe you can contact support or something and get a refund? I know it's typically not something that happens but that kinda is extenuating circumstances in my opinion, may be worth a shot. (As long as you can prove when you bought them)

EA support are generally very helpful and good. Considering you got them just before the announcement it would be mean of them not to refund.

I apologise for that, I was under the mistaken assumption that you had gotten the points long ago, not that you had prepared by buying points the day before thus it was mean of me to say that.

Although what would you have done if the game was released and Bioware said that they had no immediate plans for anymore DLC (of the quality like legacy)?

However given the cost of the points I always made sure that I really wanted the DLC before committing to getting them, spending as little as I could.
