is there different build for soldier my soldier on insanity i usually just shoot and detonate fire explosion which is good to look at haha

 

although i rarely use adrenaline rush at all most of the mission didn't even hot key it  lol

What weapon(s) do you usually use?

 

Try using a Claymore. (Note: my build advice has changed since that topic was created).

 

Or maybe use a sniper rifle. Kishock is good with Disruptor Ammo for one-shot kills on the Soldier against fully-shielded enemies. Note that the Kischock is the only sniper rifle a Soldier can use to one-shot kill most shielded enemies. (I should create a thread dedicated to this build).

 

Or maybe try a bulletless soldier.

 

Or how about a Cryo Soldier?

bulletless soldier seem interesting which i could use hahne-kadar im on femshep most of the time and they jsut look ugly on her

Not using Adren. Rush on a Soldier is like not using Charge or Tactical Cloak on Vanguards/Infiltrators. It kinda makes the class completely miss it's point.

 

Well, that unless you're playing some really odd build, or you prefer Marksman over Adren.

I don't know... with the release of a bunch of powerful DLC guns, change to Fire Explosions, and most MP balance changes getting ported into SP, you can get away with a CS Spam - No ARush soldier without giving up a lot power, IMO.

I particularly enjoy the amplification CS for cryo. Spam for cryo explosions galore! And I usually use either the valkyrie or typhoon for weapons. Have to be kinda cautious with ammo in some areas (omega DLC comes to mind).

I probably wouldn't spec out of Adrenaline Rush in the campaign but in multiplayer I skip it on my Cryo build.

Started new character on insanity, now at level 51.  Beginning to get a bit easy, but nothing like Vanguard.

 

Max out adrenaline rush, then increase all non fitness powers fairly evenly.

 

Start with Avenger/Scimitar upgrade to Raptor/Disciple ASP.

 

Use Carnage as bonus power, I am pretty sure Flare and Energy drain are better but like to keep my bonus powers in theme with the class.

 

Switch between ammos freely depending on target, use adrenaline rush whenever available and spam ammo power carnage/concussive combos.
