Nope, not disappointed at all. I've gotten pretty much everything I wanted.
No loss here, I planned on romancing any and all that I like when I find out more about them. 
Only disappointment is that I can't romance Cassandra as a lady.

Sera is the only one of the romance interests out of the 6 revealed so far that looks like a fun romance for me, but she's a lesbian. Which is of course not to say I mind homosexual romance options, I don't. It's just I feel like the romance options available to me are fairly thin. I'm also disappointed by thus far revealed romance options because this more or less confirms I won't be able to have the love interest I choose on my party.
Welcome to real love. You can't have all what you want, Sera is an individual. Or would you like some gay guy trying to romance you all the time just because you are "hot" to him and you had no say about it? That was extremely broken in DA2 with those stupid simsexual characters
Having both Cassandra and Scribbles makes me extremely content, i just need to know if Cassandra is romanceable by qunari and ill be more than satisfied
Who said anything about making a character you don't like? Most people in this thread seem to be advocating making a character who is different from your go-to or self-insert character in order to experience gated content (among other perks). But I do "get" the argument that many people are not planning multiple playthroughs and would rather contain all of their desired experiences into one.
In my case it's the voice acting. I can't stand Manshep (though I like the guy in other roles) and I prefer ManHawke to FemHawke. The voice of the female inquisitor in SWTOR is amazing while the male one is boring (to me). So for example I'm not willing to endure hours of male inquisitor to play the romances that are only available to males like Ashara.
This is an opportunity games have that movies and book don't. Such a straightforward solution. But people who otherwise are always talking about games as a medium and including player input in interactive storytelling blah blah fall back to the old fashioned, movie/book way of player-independent characterization, convinced that it's impossible for games to go beyond that.

I'm sorry, I do commiserate with your frustration. It's the only thing about the LIs that bothers me too, I would give dudes their Sera and take the Cassandra they seem to find so "ugly" in exchange any day of the week.

My mom has been a housewife, all her life. I have seen her angry, vengeful, ashamed, nostalgic, murderous, but never bored... maybe once... ummm... naa, never bored.
I wish they let the fans mod the game like with DAO then people can romance Cullen as a dude and Sera as a girl
Every game BioWare has done has been different. You should have NEVER expected the game to be like DA2.
I will NEVER understand why people can't get this. I will roll a male character for Dorian. I will roll a female character for Sera.
I plan to try them all. Its called replayability.
