When did this become about flaws? You asked where the audience was.
Just because people buy A Thing doesn't mean they're going to buy Next Thing. How many people had buyer's remorse after ME3? It sold a lot, so it's obviously got an audience.

Really? Darksiders 2, The last of Us, Borderlands 2, Diablo 3, Dead Space 3, Dishonored all complete games with a beginning middle and end.
I was being ironic\jokey.
Problem is the games they're making now are just like every other game out there.

The fanbase isn't a single hive mind. It can have it as many ways as it has members.
Problem is when those who do not like something try to kill hive queen (bioware)
Yes, it is.you havn't custom ordered this toy, Sylvius, so the toy builders as professionals must build the toy as they see fit, you might not prefer the new version of the toy, but that's up to you to decide.

Edited that one for you. ![]()

This thread is probably already too far gone down the reaction line
That thread is specifically for collecting information - this thread is about multiplayer, so we should discuss multiplayer.
Really the people who have been discussing Bioware's older games and something about toys (??) should probably take it somewhere else, as their arguments are both uninteresting and going in circles.
The Elementalist will probably have fire and ice magic, and maybe lightning. But I think each kit only got two skill trees?
The Keeper is a support class, so glyphs, buffs and healing?
I really hope the Keeper has the ability from DA2 that let them quick jump to another part of the battlefield.
edit: found the name. Stone's Throw. Merrill could travel to any alley's position.

that is what we would call an analogy, Bucko.
Edited that one for you.
Nah that's anothre problem. Those who must have a boogey man as scapegoat for anything they don't like, even more idiotic than the first one.

i guess the keeper can also have nature based damage spells
the katari is what? qunari rogue?

I'll just add my 2 cents to this thread. I'm not someone who enjoys many competitive MP games anymore but I love co-op experiences. I'm currently playing Diablo 3 on PS4(I had it on PC too) and loving it. This looks to do something similar to that but probably not as much depth. I feel RPG as a genre has a serious lack of MP in their games and it's disheartening to me personally. I loved ME3's MP. It was so basic and simplified but I think that was part of the charm. Where the depth was found was when you picked your classes. They had so much play variety it was fun experimenting.
DAI looks like a natural evolution of that system with far more customization. That's something ME3's MP could've used. I also like that ME3 did not ever intend to overwhelm players who aren't big MP. I know several people who don't play MP in games and loved ME3's MP. I think that had a lot to do with the simple structure and how easy it was to pick up. Perhaps the most underrated aspect of the ME3's MP was how it understood without a community you can't have a game. Too many times are MP games blinded by the fact when you release constant paid DLC updates you lose community. I lose interest in those games because I can't play with my friends anymore unless they buy the DLC or I buy it for them. It drives a wedge in the community. Bioware understood this so they used 1 game mode so you couldn't segment the matchmaking up and they input an intelligent MT system where it was purely optional. Those people who bought the MTs gave us free DLC.
ME3 is a shining example of how MTs should be done in games. It was beneficial to everyone because we all got free DLC. DAI seems to understand that and will follow the same model(unless I was reading that wrong about the free DLC updates in DAI MP). I can't wait to try this out once I beat the SP.
I really hope the Keeper has the ability from DA2 that let them quick jump to another part of the battlefield.
That would be really useful for revives, actually.
I'm pretty sure we also saw a class that could do a forward dash, sorta like a ME3 Vanguard. It was in the Xbox trailer.
I'm also interested in how the loot areas work, given that they seem to require exploration. Will players need to search the area after combat finishes to find the doors/walls/magical barriers that they need to break?

Bullfrog, Westwood Studios, and Origin Systems, says otherwise. A bunch of others you could add to that list too. EA even admitted they royally screwed up with those companies so...not really idiotic when the "accused admits the crime".
I prebought the game soon as it became an option. It'd be a cold day in hell before I ever canceled a game over the inclusion of Multiplayer as well.

oh yeah, i somehow missed the giant axe in his hands ![]()
So is it confirmed that that the enemy setup is identical to ME3. With the three options being: Demons, Venatori, and Red Templars. i wish it would have more enemy freedom, letting us fight bandit camps, blood mage hideouts, or barbarian raiding parties.
I wonder how many people who are getting DAI are going to remain with the XBox 360 vs the XBone? I preordered DAI for the Xbone because I was going to get the new console before the game came out. Hmmmm

It's just because the artwork is so pretty
There's so much to look at!

ME3 added untis with in factions and extra factions as time went on. They say they are supporting DAI for a longer period than ME3 mp so I would hazard to guess we will get new enemy factions as time goes on.

They will most likely add new factions
Darkspawn is a good bet

I'm wondering if the Xbox MP3 demo was shot on an Xbox or on the computer.
