As much as I love Anders, I honestly hope that it's just someone wearing his clothes. Because the rage! Can you imagine the rage if he's alive and you killed him? xD The Leliana retcon got a lot of backlash, but if they were to do the same with Anders? haha oh the forum would explode!

Four people doing a dungeon run.
It's like BioWare took a DA MMO idea and cut out all the unnecessary bits and left the good stuff. Exploration in the SP, dungeon running in the MP.
It would be pretty neat if BW does events where they get a bunch of agents together (maybe 10+) to take out some dragons, big demons, or some sort of villainous constructs (like Harvesters).
I'll certainly start with the Elementalist. Primal Magic ftw! 
they might do a mash up of two teams for a major boss dragon, but i dont see them doing more than 8 players, otherwise the dragon will just go down as there are too many players for it to target.... in fact, now that i think about it, 8 players might be too many in that case
So this "Anders"-lookalike:
He's clearly a mage. He's clearly not the female elf Keeper. He doesn't really look like the picture of the Elementalist (who looks like an older human man). So would that make this guy the Necromancer? Or is he the unnamed mage class?
ETA: In the multiplayer forum, there are rumors that the fourth mage class is an Arcane Warrior.
I really like speculation, if you can tell.
So after digging around a bit, I came up with some more information.
The Necromancer is a human female mage
So that means that the "Anders"-lookalike is either the Battle Mage or the Elementalist. He doesn't look like the guy in the picture of the Elementalist:

He also doesn't look like a battle mage, though. So if he is the Elementalist, then the selection pictures don't necessarily look like the characters.
Battle Mage would seem appropriate since it was one of the new specs introduced in Awakenings.
Perhaps it's the elementalist in alternative clothing? Didn't they say we could unlock skins for our characters?

Yeah, this could be the case. Looking closer at the picture of the elementalist in the selection screen, I see he's actually clean shaven and smirking. I had thought that he was an older guy with a beard. I think that the "Anders" outfit is just an alternate look without the hood. Plus, it looks like he's using lightning and ice spells in that gif.

Lightning staff, but the active spell he cast was Winter's Grasp.

Awesome! So I think that this is what we know now:
Warriors
Korbin – Legionnaire, dwarf male, sword and shield
Unknown Name – Katari, qunari male, two handed
Unknown Name – Reaver, human female, two handed
Unknown Name – Templar, human female, sword and shield
Rogues
Hall – Archer, (human? elf?) male, ranged
Unknown Name – Alchemist, dwarf female, dual wield
Unknown Name – Assassin, (human? elf?) (female?), dual wield
Unknown Name – Unknown Class, (unknown race and gender), ranged?
Mages
Unknown Name – Arcane Warrior, (unknown race) male
Unknown Name – Elementalist, human male
Unknown Name – Keeper, elf female, support
Unknown Name – Necromancer, human female
If this is the case, then we know the race and gender of most of the characters. For the males, we have 1 dwarf (Legionnaire), 1 qunari (Katari), 1 human (Elementalist), and 3 unknown races (Archer, Arcane Warrior, and Unrevealed Rogue). For the females, we have 3 humans (Reaver, Templar, and Necromancer), 1 dwarf (Alchemist), 1 elf (Keeper), and 1 unknown race (Assassin).
Looks like every race/gender combination is represented except for female qunari. The picture of the Assassin doesn’t look like a qunari. I find it hard to believe that there’s not a female qunari, so something must be incorrect about what I have above. Possibly, the Assassin is a male and the unknown (likely ranged) rogue could be a female qunari? It will be interesting to see how this shakes out.
There will probably be a female qunari in DLC
