DA:I seems to be a mix to DA 2 and DA:O with more leanings towards DA 2 combined with MMO style flashy over the top animations.

It is one giant melting pot of things. I hope the combat is good though, especially for someone like me who plays almost exclusively using tactical camera and pause. Most of the combat gameplay and demos we have so far doesn't show such gameplay style.

I'm more concerned about the MMO style tank/support/dps paradigm.

I've never liked that.

I'm not worried about the combat system, it was good in Origins, and even better in Dragon Age 2 with all the flashy animations and effects (though the endless waves of spawning mobs I could've been without, at this point Origins was a lot better).

Personally I would like the tactical camera to make the commands as easily as it is in an RTS game. If the characters respond immediately instead of having a wait time (it's like in the previous games the characters need a "brain loading" time before they execute your command sometimes).

RTS gameplay would work best especially since they talk about "tactical camera", "tactical gameplay".

I can say that I am worried about the combat system. I enjoyed DA:O system even though it had flaws. DA:2 felt more, dare I say, Dynasty Warriors button masher to me; even on more difficult settings. I still want this game to have its' own feel and texture, not simply going ESO or KOTOR exclusively but finding a balance between the two and sating the majority of individual players combat preference.
