Introduction:
This is not a top ten list. I want all of these sequels just as badly. I know that there is a possibility that if there is a next installment we'd end up with a Duke Nukem Forever (and few people want that)...

Star Wars Battlefront:
These two games aren't replayable in the sense that they have multiple endings and various character builds. What makes them replayable for me is the simple fact that I am willing to do the same thing over, and over again without it ever getting old. The multiple classes, vehicles and combat, awesome level design and the Star Wars Universe. Oh and in the second game you get to play as a Jedi! Wooo!
(Yes I've seen the announcements. I'm excited, though I have a feeling that it will be cancelled/postponed/delayed again!)

Beyond Good And Evil
A classic action adventure, with an intriguing protagonist, loveable sidekick and beautiful environments that stand the test of time. The story is pretty good too. However what makes a sequel so high on the wanted list is the fat that, the game is a really fun ride. When I say Beyond Good And Evil is like a saturday morning cartoon, I mean it in a good way. The kind of saturday morning cartoon that kids and adults can enjoy. The kind of cartoon that delivers amazing action and has brains too.

Half Life 3
Another epic sequel that might never happen. Everyone wants to be Gordon Freeman, whacking head crabs with a crowbar. I haven't played any of the Half Life games. I briefly played the first one, but then the console crashed after 5 minutes. That said, people really adore the universe, it's characters and it's story. Apparently Portal and Half Life series share the same universe. Cross over anyone?

Perfect Dark:
There are only two James Bond games I really like. There is Goldeneye for the N64 and Perfect Dark for the N64. I love Perfect Dark! The main campaign was fun. The multiplayer was fun. The secondary functions on weapons were inventive! Shooting bots in challenges was fun. The gun related challenges were also just plain fantastic. There was so much to do in that game. Also the co-operative and counter operatives just added more epic options too boot. The prequel on the XBOX wasn't to my liking though.
Yes I know Perfect Dark is not in the same universe as James Bond.

Jade Empire:
Believe it or not, there are still people who love Bioware video games. (I'm one of them by the way). It is really hard to believe that people actually love Bioware (again I'm one of those people). In addition to loving Bioware, I do enjoy a bit of Far Eastern flavoured martial arts. So in comes a short but action packed title full of wit, intelligence and, oh my goodness I still haven't purchased this game yet...
Anyway. People love Jade Empire. It's universe, lore and characters feel completely alien to the other offerings of Bioware that usually fall into Space Age (Star Wars and Mass Effect) or Medieval Fantasy (Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights and Dragon Age). I just can't think of many far eastern martial arts themed video games outside of the the prolific Dynasty Warriors. Those who have played Jade Empire have been begging and pleading Bioware for years but to no avail.

Suggestions from the comments below:
Spec Ops The Line 2 [Proposed by General TSAR]: I haven't played the first Spec Ops The Line, though I hear it's an intelligent thriller/shoot-em-up/story driven game/stealth game. People tell me that it asks very difficult questions about war and human nature. If that's true, A I should give this game a shot and B a sequel will be most welcome.
Serenity 2 [Proposed by Steelcan]: There is an MMO based on the Serenity TV show. I've only seen a trailer. Looks cool, but not what people have been asking for. Personally I'd like to play a Telltales style game in the Firefly universe where I play as Malcolm Reynolds and his crew of bandits for more swashbuckling space western adventure! Now that's what I'm talking about!
Knights of The Old Republic [Proposed by umadcommander]: This is a beloved Bioware title. This gave people a new way to experience the Star Wars Universe no Prequel trilogy required. Well the fans want more. Not an MMO, but a fully fledged single player campaign. Perhaps Bioware can deliver. Hmm...
Heavenly Sword 2 [Proposed by the_last_krogan]: The first game was a fast paced hack and slasher blockbuster of a game. I haven't played this game, but I gather that it was the kind of fun popcorn flick that gamers couldn't get enough of but critics were indifferent too.
