Darksiders 3 is still up in the air as far as I know. It'd be a shame if it never saw the light of day.
It's also looking like DmC2 might never happen -- whether that's a bummer or a god send really depends on what side of the fence you fall on I guess.

I also want to point out the court battle between Bethesda and Interplay a few years back, Zenimax (Bethesda) went through a lot of trouble to end up with the sole rights of the Fallout franchise, no way are they not going to make Fallout 4. One thing that might speed up when we get a Fallout 4 is if the sales on their other games series are poor or below expectations.

On Kotor 3: Yep, we will never get that since the Star Wars Expanded Universe has been relabeled as Legends and abandoned
(this also means no new Jedi Knights or Republic Commando's), everything henceforth that is produced and is Star Wars will be apart of the new canon.
However, Bioware is currently working on an untitled Star Wars game which could be a spiritual successor to the Kotor series. Unfortunately, the most credible rumors I have heard about it point to it being another MMO, I've even seen some "evidence" that it may be SWTOR 2, however I believe that "evidence" is fabricated as the source is unreliable.

Has Bethesda announced Fallout 4, or are people speculating this?
This is why I think Fallout 4 is unlikely.
The only information I could find was from a hoax website.
I couldn't find any information from Bethesda themselves. So thus I conclude that Bethesda isn't currently working on Fallout 4.
I might be wrong. This is my speculation.
Anyway this is my evidence.

The Survivor 2299 was a hoax, I remember waiting for the count down on the site and nothing happening, I should have known, but I wanted to believe 
The guy that was behind the hoax said that he did it in the hopes that it would force Bethesda to give us some news on Fallout 4. Despite that, I assure you that Fallout 4 will happen, I keep hearing that it will be set in Boston, Massachusetts. Personally, I hope the leak is BS, because I don't want my Fallout characters to be voiced, but it is what it is.

Jade Empire2 combine the Arkham system of combat without Batman's No kill rule. Can you IMAGINE the brutal stuff you could do?
A proper FO4, I'm sure we'll get Bethesda Fallout, but that's not the same thing, I doubt we'll get another NV(the true FO3) after Bethesda Fallout 2.
