srry if this has alrdy been answered my search isnt working, but anyway on the gamestop website it says the collectors edition and the digital download comes with the cerberus network but not the regular one. sum1 know if buying the regular 1 comes with the cerberus network ?

Yes, every new copy of ME2 comes with the Cerberus Network card.

Yep, the whole point of it is you bought the game new, so it entitles you to free dlc through an in game pipeline. There will also be add on content DLC that will be sold the conventional way, but there will be several important things you will only get with Cerebrus Network. It's like what they did with Shale in DA:O, in a way, and he turned out to be one of my favorite characters in the game. I can't imagine that game without him now. You get an additional party member via cerebrus and I expect that will be every bit as cool.
