There was some unannounced digital content that was supposed to come with the digital deluxe version of DA:I, I was wondering if that was multiplayer related or if they would announce it soon.

Also unrelated entirely but I was also wondering how we would pick locks in this game? Is it in our skill tree or will it be cunning based again?

Gives us something to talk about at least.

A lot of gamescom videos have come out from people who were there and were allowed to film a few minutes of the game. From those videos we know: 1) You need rogues to pick locks, and 2) it seems you need the right perks for the more difficult ones (a perk called Deft Hands was mentioned, also one about lockpicks).

I hope they let us bash door and chest . because not everyone play a rogue or take a rogue NPC with them at all time .

And if they don't . Hopefully the Modding community will fix that like they did with DAO and DA2

Yeah rogues needed for sure but from what you said it may be tackled with a talent tree. Wasn't sure if they were going to handle it like DA:I or DA2

Unlikely, everything I've read suggested it would be difficult to mod this game due to it's engine. I also don't mind taking a rogue with me. There has always been at the very least one cool rogue to bring with you per game.

I assumed it was Inquisition perks, the ones you unlock at the war table.

I have great faith in the Modding community . They said the same about Icewind Dale and for many years they couldn't mod it and add romance like they did with Baldur's Gate serie . And in the end , they were succeful . Same goes for many games for that matter

The game hasn't been released yet , give it time and they will succeed .  ;)

I would be interested to know what the bonus digital content is, as I have my pre-order in...

I understood it was in the marketing schedule to be revealed about now.

It seems that rogues will be required for picking locks, like in the previous games. They're also adding doors and stuff only accessible with warriors or mages too though, like in the demo where they show the mage "energizing" a bridge, or the old demo where Cassandra bashed through a special door. So every class is important to carry around. It's done this way by design. You are certainly free to run with an all-mage party, for example, but it has disadvantages you have to deal with.

@spacediscosaurus: Yeah I know :) But the whole 'let me bash doors and chest' is at least for me , more in the 'Give me more option beside having to get a rogue or make one' . I will probably have a rogue (Sera seem to be one and she gonna be my romance) So I'm defintly covered
