I just played a game with someone who had apparently turned on friendly fire and did nothing but try to kill his teammates.
WHAT. THE. F**K.

This is probably my fault. I've been in many games where I pray to every dark god imaginable to let me kill my teammates. They finally listened, but like most dark gods they were probably drunk and are only just now getting around to it.
Sorry.

Have Tali narrate that and it's way better

Was his name blue something? He dropped into a game I was in and killed me a couple of times with his geth turret. Then when I realized it was friendly fire and not enemies that were taking me out, I turned around, staggered him with CB, shot him in the face a couple of times with my BW and he just vanished into thin air. No teammate has flatlined, no revive symbol, no dead body, nothing. ![]()
About 10 or 15 seconds later the "bluesomething has left the mission" message finally popped in the killfeed. Easily in my top 3 WTF moments of ME3MP.

*I think* I may have been in that game with you. Was it Dagger by any chance? Anyway, just spawned and get the usual stun hit when I notice the Geth menace (been in other games I've played) go streaking by. Then the sound of a BW ended his run of mayhem. Unfortunately I couldn't get the rocket launcher drawn in time or I would've gave him a rage rocket just because.

@ Val, Did you light him up? ![]()

Smart move. It was actually pretty hard to snipe that guy dead because of health gate. I'd shoot him in the face once and he'd start hopping and throwing turrets all over the place, so by the time I dealt with his turret and lined up a second shot, he'd have his gate back. ![]()
It did make gunning that scumbag down so much more satisfying though. By the way, did the guy's overload work when he was in your game? Iirc he did try to overload me but either he was the most terrible shot in the history of forever or his overload simply didn't work.
Edit:

That's the one! Were you the Destroyer or the shotgun infiltrator? Didn't know you were a BSNer, I would have stuck around for host migration otherwise.
Ah well, at least it was a good game.

Infiltrator. Yeah, just started playing again and I wasn't sure if you were posting here either. Was a good game indeed.

That's kinda funny.
I always thought it'd be fun to be Bioware and mess with players like that. Like turn on friendly fire for one game or something.
Or have someone playing a Geth Juggernaut get sync-killed by a banshee, but only once and only when they were soloing, just to see them get on the forums and go "OH MY GOD GUYS YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS!" and of course, nobody would.

Just enable console, then use the switch sides command and you're good to go. Personally I'd never do it in pugs, but it's not complicated to pull off. You can probably guess what kind of reaction you'll get from people.
Maybe we could try this next time when we have a match or two. However, I might just hide in a corner though...

Yeah, it staggered me like mad, that's why I took cover and pulled out Cobra to finish him off, I guess Overload is very effective vs. human players. Maybe the guy you've played with was lagging somehow ![]()

I wonder if Lash with barrier penetration evo will work. If it does, then it would hilarious.

I bet!
I've wondered if it's possible on PC to enable the "is grabable" flag for enemies, so you can set to to grab Primes and Atlases and stuff. Should be toggle-able since they switched it on the pyros...
