Simple question. I'm currently playing through ME3 as a Vanguard and regularly use Cryo Ammo, that I have upgraded to gain the Cryo Ammo squad bonus, where my squadmates gain the ability at 50% effectiveness. Now, when I am using this ammo power, if Liara for example is specced into Warp Ammo, but I am using Cryo Ammo with the squad-wide bonus, does this render the points I've invested into her Warp Ammo useless? Basically does my squad-wide Cryo Ammo override her Warp Ammo? Or is her Warp Ammo active, with an additional 50% Cryo Ammo bonus?

One ammo power at time, so, yes, your squad cryo-ammo overrides Liara warp ammo.

If you use Squad Cryo Ammo, Liara will not use her Warp Ammo unless you activate it. Only one ammo power can be active at a time.

Use Cryo Group ammo, then switch Liara back to her Warp Ammo.
Or don't use group ammo at all and leave every squad mate his/her own ammo .
