Baseitems is one of the 2DAs that won't work in the campaign folder; only in override or in a HAK

Just out of curiosity: has a list of the 2da's that behave like baseitems ever been made?

Also, are there any 2da's that are known to NOT work from a hak?

I took note of a few, but I'm afraid they're all jumbled up now, because I put some 2DAs into my hak for other reasons.  I do have a folder of 2DAs in my campaign folder, called "2DAs that don't need to be in the hak", so I'll tell you which ones are in there.  Don't take this as an exhaustive list by any means.  I didn't alter most of the available 2DAs.

By the way, the order of priority is hak > override > campaign > stock, right? I mean, for the 2da that also work in campaign folders.
